A Beautiful Escape with Room for Improvement The peaceful surroundings and beautifully maintained landscape created a relaxing atmosphere that was just what I needed. However, I feel there’s room for improvement in two areas. The cleanliness of the rooms could be better. While not terrible, it didn’t fully meet my expectations for a resort of this caliber. Also, the breakfast selection was quite limited, and the quality could be improved. Overall, the resort is a wonderful getaway spot, but with a little more attention to detail, it could truly be exceptional!

Amazing hotel with private pool . Staffs are super friendly, we booked for garden view pool , hotel gave us a free upgraded for a bigger pool which of course make our mood even more delightful for our gateaway !!!! Generally the rooms are clean and super large ( 2 kings beds for all rooms ) , private pool are well maintained! Would definitely come back again with family ! As the hotel seems like a nice family oriented destination as well !

I was very happy with the service. When my daughter got injured in the jacuzzi area, the medic team arrived quickly and provided excellent care. The in-room dining was also on time and the nasi goreng pineapple was super good! Check-in and check-out were smooth, even during peak hours. All staff members were very friendly. However, the room and bathroom had a strong, unpleasant smell which was quite bothersome. Despite this, the overall experience was positive due to the outstanding service and food.

This hotel need to renovate for better decoration.. this is an old hotel. Doesnt look like a 5 star hotel but this hotel is great. They offered beach by foot walk from big swimming pool, a playground, kids room, spa, playroom & karaoke room.. i had a great weekend here and recommended people to come and enjoy! Breakfast was great but for 2-3 days in a row not a good choice because the same menu..

Great service and nice hotel. Bed is comfy and cleanliness of room is alright given that the hotel is not new. overall is a nice short stay, surrounding doesn't have much to venture, mostly staying inside the resort to chill and relax.

During check-in the room was not facing the sea and easily we upgrade the room with additional RM70. The upgrade room not so clean as got sands everywhere on the floor. The breakfast just a simple one and not many choices. The great thing only the nice view from the room.

Booked 3 bedrooms for my family. Good to have a wheelchair borrowed from hotel for my mum so i dont have to bring our own bulky wheelchair. The rooms ok and nice to have near lift as requested for my mum's easy access and nice sea and pool view. Only terrace must clean as have many bird poops. toilet clean. master bedroom aircond sometimes leaking. other good as it is. Thank you. we enjoy the stay.

Should be the best location in town with the best facilities. Feels like a condominium and great sea view. Despite being partial, the sea view is still pretty good. However, some windows face the corridor which might have some issue with privacy. Curtains are installed for that but just a point to note. Otherwise, should consider staying. I stayed there twice.

The check in process went smoothly. Shower pressure slow. Water heater problem. Too hot. It's hard to be warm water. There's cockroach dead on floor at the morning. And also small cockroach at the bathtub. The air conditioner is in good condition.
