Hospitality was excellent, beauful seafacing rooms, mouthwatering food. I must add Naman at reception, Pratima in restaurant, Manager Upendra in Bar, Chief Engineer and GM Mr Khanna were just great. They all made our stay so conformable. Neeraj Mehra

Loved the place. The view from the dining area is great. Very peaceful and beautiful. Can hear birds all around. The staff is very very friendly and helpful. Ajitesh served us very well. Was very efficient and prompt in his services. Highly recommend this place.

The rooms, facilities and food is of course good like other 5-star properties. What makes it stand apart is an amazing and breathtaking view of the sea and hospitality of the staff. Undoubtedly, this is one of the best places to stay when you're in Port Blair.

Just wanna say must visit hotel if coming to Andaman and Nicobar the best thing about this hotel is their staffs to much courteous and kind and humble and many more , and the view from the rooms are just mesmerizing can't explain in words . Keep it up guys shine bright good wishes for the staffs . And I really wanna share some mesmerized views from the hotel .

Nice experience in ITC welcome cafe and Mr.Ajitesh (supervisor)service was outstanding and well mannered very nice arrangement for dinner and everyone should visit once to ITC . Special thanks to Mr.Ajitesh his gesture for customer was very friendly and polite ❤️❤️

Excellent service and hospitality. The stay was amazing. The staff was courteous and caring who pampered us during our meals at the restaurant and Bar was also awesome and live music was very nice Great staff support specially Mr upendra and Asamiri was very nice person and very cooperative should visit. Would always stay here whenever visiting PB in future

Mr jay Kutty, Ajitesh, and Ms Pratima are the wonderful service providers. We would like to thank the chef Mr Uday also to let us relish the delicacies. The front office staff, the room service, housekeeping all are very prompt and courteous.We had a lovely experience. We would like to come again and recommend others too, to come and enjoy the stay.
