Chegamos no hotel para nossa lua de mel.
O estacionamento do hotel estava cheio. Não recebemos água e nem reposição de água nos dias de estadia. O aquecedor do banheiro não funcionava e estava muito frio. A Wi-Fi do hotel era terrível. O café da manhã era meridiano. O hotel não oferece serviço de quarto nem para enviar água. Não recomendo.

Nice place good rooms and pretty decent size bathroom. Very friendly staff and good breakfast. The only negative was they did not have air conditioning.

We stayed here for a 1 night stopover while we travelled from Zurich to Milan on the Bernina Express. The hotel collected us at the train station and dropped us back again the next afternoon. We arrived at 1pm and were able to store our luggage until our room was ready. The lady on reception was very friendly and helpful during our stay, recommending a lovely walk while the children had ski lessons and places to eat. We had a junior suite which was very comfortable and had a view on the slopes behind the hotel. Breakfast was a self service Buffet, there was a good selection of cereal, bread and hot food which was delicious and staff again friendly and helpful. We had a lovely 24 hours in Pontresina and the children got a chance to ski, sled and play in the snow.

This hotel's strongest points are its situation and its covered garage (book it when you reserve). The rooms are comfortable but not luxurious. If you are on the front you may get a view of the Val Roseg.

Property and room was excellent. Property restaurant was OK but we did not get food for 30 mins and order had to be re-entered. We were charged incorrectly by server and manager said we shouldn’t have eaten food if it was wrong. We received the correct order of food. It was just charged incorrectly. Other than that small detail, it was a beautiful place!
