I can’t fault the staff or the comfort of the hotel. I slept brilliantly in a lovely comfy bed. However the down side was the food in the pub ! The breakfast was cold. With a helping of heartburn after. The dinner we had was burnt and rock hard burgers with a cheap coleslaw !

Lovely clean hotel and close to a town centre. The restaurant served a good breakfast with great customer service. Amy on reception was superb so friendly and professional she made us feel so welcome and went above and beyond when we needed an extra bed set up ( I booked it wrong) she was back within minutes and the beds were immaculate. Will definitely return to this hotel

Just had a great stay during a rugby tour. Hotel were really supportive and understanding, helping the lads make sure good memories were had. Ang and Ben in particular went out of their way to make sure of this. Best housekeeping staff I’ve come across and the boys are very grateful 🏉👍

Lovely stay our room was lovely and clean would say the hotel needs to have some refurbishment but the house keepers are doing a great job! Young lady on reception Emily I think is amazing couldn’t do enough to help and made our stay special. Great stay and breakfast was very enjoyable too x

There was extra pillows in your hotle room and was pleased with room and loved the lower ground floor staff are very polite and friendly would loved to come back again soon thank you for having us looking to come back in January to see everyone again

This was a return visit - this time to break a journey . Alison on reception was very friendly and helpful . Nice pub/ restaurant next door with good standard ‘pub’ food - Premier inn rooms have everything you need and comfortable beds . Price was very reasonable too . Would definitely stay again !

Happy with the stay but strongly recommend not to repurchase your breakfast as there is certainly no benefit to do so like a small discount as it costs tge same as a walk in customer and there is no offer of a refund should you not gave the breakfast prepaid but not taken. A small bitter taste it left me

I had to book in for a couple of nights when my partner ended up in hospital. I found the bed very comfortable and for overnight stays, it was perfectly fine. The staff were very helpful and friendly.
