Great front desk service and room was pretty clean. Biggest complaint was that we were looking forward to a nice pool and hot tub and it was so strong of chlorine and the hot tub had crazy floaters in it and the jets were so weak…maybe that was a good thing…hate too see what may have blown out of them? We had so been looking forward to the pool area and this was such a disappoin**ent that we stayed 40 mins and left. Our skin was dried out and our rings turned black. Did make for a stay in the Ponoka location a little less desirable in the future.

The location is good and I was able to plug in my car right in front of my room. Breakfast was good. The pool and gym were closed. Locks on both the hallway access door and exterior access doors were difficult, either tight or loose, but seemed secure once closed.

We liked the convenience to amenities. The staff was great. The hotel needs renovations. The chair in our room had stains on both sides of the cushions. The bathroom was clean, but small. The mattress was very soft and likely needs replacing.

Not clean and smelled like body odour. No cleaning service for our 4 day stay. Rooms need a major renovation. Disappointed for the amount charged.

We booked for two nights, everything was perfect except the reception was not so friendly. They ask us if we want to register for room cleaning the next day and we gladly said 'Oh cool... sure' and they screwed up as they did not clean our room. I wish they did not ask as we will just inform the cleaning lady outside in the hallway and will not rely on front desk people. Breakfast is good, strong wi-fi, very comfortable bed, pillows and blanket. The shower pressure is perfect and the hotel surroundings is clean and spacious. There is an A&W fast food attached to the hotel building which is a huge bonus if you are hungry and want a quick snack or meal and a gasoline station with a convenience store at the front of the hotel. It is a perfect location!
