3rd visit to the hotel the room has degraded and maintenance is poor. The rooms are not clean as before.

The location was the only salvation, otherwise the hygiene leaves a lot to be desired, cockroaches everywhere not much staff, as there’s no restaurant that’s a big negative and the worst was the pub attached to the hotel there was a huge din on both nights of our stay with stomping heard from the top and screaming and yelling at 1. 30 am which made us lose sleep we were wide awake after that for the price that we pay wholly dissatisfied, i’m disappointed with make my trip to even suggest this with 4 stars.

It is conveniently located good mid range budget hotel with good spacious room and ambience and bar and dance floor is there. Staff is ok, could be little more responsive and welcoming, overall a good stay.

Good spacious with all the facilities except chargers gem you will miss of you skip this one every thing is luxury

Property is located on a busy road in the city and parking during day time is very difficult in the absence of a parking place. Rooms are clean very spacious and attached with nice and large bathrooms and dresser. The service is not up to the mark, the reception staff were not pleasant and matter of fact behavior. Has a rooftop resto bar, food is good but price is on a higher side. Good for overnight stay

The rooms are clean per se, but they have this old musty smell caused due to not ventilating the rooms sufficiently. This became apparent when we tried to open the windows but they were screwed shut. After half an hour, noticed several cockroaches coming from under the bed. Thankfully there were free rooms available which meant that the staff moved us to a different room which didn't have a roach infestation. But this room also had the same musty smell. Windows were again screwed shut. The noise isolation in the room is terrible, we can hear the loudspeakers from the nearby temple quite early in the morning due to which we never managed to sleep beyond 6. There is also a pub right above our floor which kept playing loud music until 11:30. The room walls were vibrating. I complained about it to the reception and the guy's response was - sir it will stop in an hour, i will ask them to reduce volume. Only saving grace is that it's near the city center and car parking is provided. Totally unworthy of the cost they charge and not for people who like to get a good night's sleep (not sure why someone would book a room if not for that)

Overpriced. Service very bad. Charged separately for parking also. Restaurant separately managed. Nothing available in morning if you dont have a pre-booking. Not a family hotel for sure
