From the welcome to all the staff. Right on the water with chairs and towels ready. Housekeeping was on point the whole week. Stayed and ate at Deep Oceanfront. The food was amazing. Great time will be looking to check in again soon. Thanks.

This resort was beautiful and the food and drink options were excellent! My now fiancé proposed to me here and the staff was so helpful in making sure the night was so special. Will definitely book with them again.

The beach was nice. The property is OK. The rooms have no full length mirrors. The Cafe’ was pretty limited for breakfast. The staff were all nice but just nice enough. Nothing exceptional to say about this place. It was just good enough. I must add though that the staff that work the valet were great. Fast and efficient and all very nice. I would give them 5 stars if I rated them on their own.

Everything was perfect here…I will definitely be back with my husband. This time was a girls trip & we had soo much fun! Jason (the beach attendant was phenomenal) catered to everything we needed!! The front desk was very responsive. Hotel was very clean! Everyone friendly & fun!! We had a blast here!!

The folks at the front desk seemed to know nothing about the area. We booked an ocean view with king bed. On arrival told we had a first floor with no view. Changed to upper floor with two twins. Other staff were very good. No food in any restaurants after 9 PM and only one food mart open nearby. Corridors seemed dirty, although the room was fine except the safe was broken. Also the bathroom needed an update. The beach, pools and food were all very good and staff excellent and attentive.

They allowed us to check in early, which was a big help considering our early flight!
They also offer a later checkout for a fee. Very friendly staff.

We had a good time at this property. The dining was great by the beach. The staff was friendly. It was a great place to relax and a good location to travel to activities in Florida. Be aware of additional resort charges and parking fees. We had a complaint about an advertised service that wasn't provided... and never received a call from management as promised on two occasions. Can[t rank it higher just for that reason.
