From the welcome to all the staff. Right on the water with chairs and towels ready. Housekeeping was on point the whole week. Stayed and ate at Deep Oceanfront. The food was amazing. Great time will be looking to check in again soon. Thanks.

Fantastic resort. Everything onsite that you need for a nice stay. The property is very nice staff excellent and very friendly and accomodating. Good food. Beach is beautiful.

Our three day trip was ok until the last day. A birthday party of dozens of kids came into the pool and were running everywhere with no regard to people already there. Running full speed over people and their items while the adults with them were drinking and talking/not paying attention. It didn’t stop at the pool though, when we went upstairs to try to get some rest in our room, the kids were running and screaming in our hallway for hours with no adult present. Management seemed annoyed with complaints and didn’t make any effort to make things better/offer anything. The noisiest and least relaxing resort I’ve ever visited. Shame on management for booking such a group of people and not addressing their behavior properly.

I have stayed here before, and have always come back. No longer. I had three different dinners that were bad. The mahimahi was off, the salmon was raw, and then the mahimahi was badly overcooked.

We got in and there was water on the floor from the refrigerated leaking and then there was menstrual blood on the bed. That was kind of a dealbreaker. They came and took care of it, but it was for the money that were paying for a very nice hotel seemed kind of poor.

Beach & ding/bar areas were great! Room was nice, but not luxurious. But, not there to stay inside!

Everything was great! Staff were always very nice and room was clean and updated. Resort was great from live music to bar/restaurant being excellent! Pool was also great very clean. Beach chair and umbrella was easy to reserve! Two downsides would be… our beds weren’t comfortable very small more like a full size and not comfortable pillows also very uncomfortable. They also charge you a fee and parking daily in addition to your original payment. I think $30 for parking daily and $44 for room fee. Just something to keep in mind. I would go back and recommend!
