"O serviço é péssimo e a equipe precisa urgentemente de treinamento. O hotel ficou sem alguns vinhos populares, sem nenhuma explicação plausível. O cardápio do café da manhã tinha salsichas em vários pratos. E ficaram sem salsichas por vários dias. O hotel não forneceu jornais, mesmo quando solicitados. Nossos copos de vinho (que ganhamos de presente) foram retirados do nosso quarto pelo serviço de limpeza, sem nenhuma explicação. Foi um esforço recuperá-los. O hotel se anuncia como acomodação 5 estrelas. Está muito longe de ser 5 estrelas. Não voltaremos."

Brook, Guy e Olivia nos trataram como família, nada era demasiado difícil, desde a nossa experiência de cocktail até as maravilhosas refeições.Perfeito para relaxar ou visitar qualquer das maravilhosas portas de sótão próximas. Os cangaros locais também são fabulosos para verem quando estão sentados na sombra das árvores."

"Wine Country Villas was excellent, we stayed in a 2 bed villa which has two good sized bedrooms. The place was very clean and well presented with all main items provided, including plenty of beach towels alongside the fridge stocked for breakfast. Checkin was easy as they send you a code on the day which allows you to access the property, so very Covid Safe. The lovely balcony deck is great to sit and enjoy breakfast and the view of Hunter Valley, and the pool is great. The kids loved it. The location is good and a very short drive to all the Vineyards and Hunter Valley Gardens, and a 15 min drive to Cessnock if you need to go to the Supermarkets. The only area of improvement would be replacing some of the pans as they were very old and unusable, something which should be a quick fix."

"We loved staying a couple of nights in Cabernet Cottage as a base for our Hunter Valley weekend from Sydney. The cottages were near some of the wineries we wanted to visit and we had the pleasure of a tasting there as well -- we enjoyed the wines and the insights from Declan. The cottage was comfortable and good for us to have dinner there one night when we didn't want to head out (and to have a tasting brought to us by Stay n Sip -- separate review). Most of all, Danielle was a pleasure to deal with both leading up to our stay and while we were there. She checked in with us a couple of times that all was going well and we enjoyed our discussions with her. We look forward to coming back."

"Amazing stay. Room was super clean and modern. Love the espresso machine and they also provided milk. Really great basic necessities and the shower amenities smell fantastic. Fantastic place to relax and chill, overlooking the vineyards, watching kangaroos hop, and cows grazing the fields. It’s exactly what a getaway should be. Easy to check in and out. Thank you."

"A casa de quartos de Palmers Lane foi agradável para o FIM de semana do EASTER, e a cabina de quartos de 5 quartos foi reservada para 3 noites, que era muito espaçosa e foi dada à cabina com um grande veranda exterior com 11 pessoas ficaram muito bem. A chegada de Palmers Lane, com um prato de queijo e UMA garrafa de vinho, NOS lugares eram bonitos, a área de brinquedo para crianças e a piscina exterior, a pé. O edifício estava cheio de cangurus que vieram à manhã e à tarde.Nunca vi muitos, até 15 EM UMA fase. Os coelhos selvagens também andam à noite, então você Precisa conduzir com muita cautela para o local e para fora dele. A minha única crítica foi a cabina que atraiu mosquitos, especialmente no interior de nossas camas, e tivemos que dormir com o fã à noite para os manter longe, para investir em alguns mosquitos de exterior/indoor zappers.Em geral, gostávamos de nossa estadia."

"It is a townhouse in the golf club. The room facilities are complete and the tableware is complete and very exquisite. I stayed there for two nights. It is far from the supermarket, almost 20 kilometers away. There are some good high-end restaurants around."
