The hotel have different room and private hut in the property.
I had booked the private hut for my family.The room was nice but it had web house in the room and bathroom also.the spider was moving in the bathroom.
We had call the house keeping to provide the toiletries for which was not provided.
If u are pure vegetarian it is warning sigh for u guys.please ask them before eating any of the dishes in the breakfast.
Thier only provide English breakfast.
As veg we consumed bread but unfortunately it contain egg in it which is not mentioned on the food board.
The food is not great in this place.

Amazing restaurant, amazing vibes, amazing food and amazing customer service. Purna Bahadur Gurung was the waiter who served us and he went above and beyond with the customer service! The live music and Lake View Culture was amazing. It really made a massive difference to the atmosphere. I decided to bring my friends from the UK here for our final night in Pokhara and they all loved it too! Will definitely recommend anyone in Pokhara to visit here.

a group of 12 of us came here for our last night in pokhara and it was truly the best laid back but entertaining last night we could ask for !! the live band ‘Alpha’ (Pokhara) were outstanding and it felt as if they were catering to our group (mostly white people hahah), they played classic english rock/pop songs (RHCP, pink floyd etc) which we LOVED !!!! the classic nepali group were really lovely too, to end the night with. the drinks and food were outstanding. i got the cheese board mmmm. highly recommend !!

Excellent service, super lovely staff, Purna Gurung and everyone were really attentive and remembered everyone's order so they knew who to give which meals to and cleared things away as we were done. Food and drink were delicious. The live band and traditional band were great entertainment. Definitely will be coming back again!

The food and drinks were really good and we loved the entertainment ☺️ they have a really pretty swing seat where we all took some lovely pictures, and our waiter Purna remembered exactly who ordered what drink and brought them straight to us. Overall lovely experience!

Very excellent resort to stay in Pokhara and staff members are so good humble and genuine specially In restaurant very good swimming pool and excellent location of resort Near to famous lake and other side seen best price to go with your family and friends.

The resort is very beautiful and really the staff of the resort is most beautiful than Resort specially Mr Samar who is the head always ready to help in every way like a family member really I am please to have this person as my family member and your hotels manager please keep it up Mr Samar it will really help for you career and everything. Also the other staff and room services are very nice housekeeping particularly there also very attentive always very very helpful for the customer like a member of your own I really give 10 number from 5 to this Lake View Resort. Pleasant place to stay! The room is comfy clean to certain level… Pool very cold couldn’t swim. Overall good location and the staff is friendly, however the food isn’t the best might be because i’m not asian, i found restaurants around to eat, but overall it was a fascinating experience!!!

Had a really unpleasant experience in this hotel. The bath tub was broken from under and all water was seeping out. Hot water wasn’t coming for 10 minutes after running the water and still the water was only warm. The hose wasn’t working properly. Old menu was given in the room. Cheese platter didn’t have the main thing in it, crackers, and we were being fooled that we have replaced it with bruschetta whereas both crackers and bruschetta were in the menu. The restaurant isn’t capable of serving more people so it’s gonna take really long for your food to arrive if there are more than 15-20 people. Extremely inefficient for the prices that they are taking. One would expect the best of the service for the rates being charged. The place is good, some of the staff is good you may have a pleasant experience but I wouldn’t take the risk.
