1 Elliot Terrace

Superb apar**ents! Me & my husband had the pleasure of staying in 2 of the apar**ents within 1 Elliot Terrace. Our first 3 nights spent in Captain Scott Penthouse with stunning views of The Hoe. The apar**ent had everything you could possibly need! Finished off to a beautiful standard & spotless. This was a last minute booking ie, the morning of arrival. On booking we were contacted instantly by Andy from Plum Location, confirming our reservation. We were able to reserve a parking space directly outside the property for the duration of our stay. Andy was available via text to answer any questions. Our last 2 nights were spent in Sir Arthur Conan Doyle(3rd floor:apar**ent 6), again couldn't fault it at all! We were informed there would be plumbing work carried out during our last 2 days, however this caused no disruption to our stay. Perfectly situated on The Hoe, within walking distance to Sutton Harbor where there are various boat trips. Just a short walk away from Plymouth town Centre. Would highly recommend 1 Elliot terrace, beautiful apar**ents, incredible views of The Hoe & great service from Plum Location. Many thanks Paul & Debbie (Stoke on Trent)

Fabulous location & very comfortable apar**ents. There was a waterleak and they had to move us from our studio apar**ent to another, dealt with very professional and with minimal disruption to us. Everything you would need & more is included in the apar**ents. Beautiful building & parking a real bonus. Andy the housekeeper was very helpful & friendly.

Well located. Very clean. Very enjoyable stay.Nicely appointed accommodation on ground floor with parking. Comfortable bed. Great for morning runs along the Hoe.Easily accessible to local shops and tourist attractions. Would definitely stay here again.

We have just returned from a stay in the Mayflower Duplex. It is perfect for a family stay, four bedrooms with three en-suite. The sitting room is spacious as is the well equipped kitchen. We stayed in the same apar**ent last year and hope to use it again. When not travelling with the whole family we have used two of the other apar**ents on a few occasions and all are equally good. The house manager, Andy, is always available if you have any query and always ready to help.

We stayed in the Arthur Conan Doyle apar**ent for a week. The views from the apar**ent are incredible - so much to see day and night. Within walking distance there is a huge choice of shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs - we especially liked the Wet Wok on West Hoe. Highly recommend bringing binoculars to keep an eye on the shipping movements in The Sound. The apar**ent is very well equipped and comfortable - we had everything we needed. The beds are very comfortable, and the main room is so spacious. Parking was easy, just outside the entrance. There is a lift to the third floor but still a small flight of stairs to the apar**ent - we tried to take the full 70 stairs as much as possible to walk off some of the clotted cream.... It was a perfect stay, the location can't be beaten and the apar**ent had everything we needed.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect for visiting our son. The accommodation was spotless. The absence of stairs, the underfloor heating, the smart tv, and the wet floor shower are great positives. Space either side of the bed is tight, but a small shelf would be a benefit.

Truly stunning panoramic views from the lounge/kitchen, flooded with light even on rainy days. High-quality facilities, spacious comfortable bedrooms. We hope to return!

We had an excellent stay at 1 Elliot Terrace. The apar**ent was very clean and comfortable with nice linen and all the essentials on arrival. We spent some time in the apar**ent as we dodged the weather and it was a great place to hang out. The location, with a great view of the sea, was perfect. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

We ended up taking an upgrade to appt 4.. well worth it! What a lovely, well-appointed space with amazing views out to sea.. we stayed before heading to Spain on the ferry and would definitely do the same again… There are loads of decent shops in the nearby shopping area so it’s easy to stock the fridge, too!
