Just had 4 days staying here. Diane is lovely lady who can't do enough for you. Spotlessly clean room and a big power shower. Freshly cooked breakfast to order. Top scores all around. Handy for the Hoe and all the main attractions.

We booked and stayed for 7days,on arrival was met by dianne who took us to our rooms, and then brought tea and coffee to our room. Lovely lady nothing was to much to ask for room was very clean with ensuite, breakfast was first class, and on our final morning dianne kindly phoned for a taxi to take us to plymouth railway station, and we would not essatateto come again well done dianne.

We needed somewhere to stay whilst visiting friends in Plymouth We were met by Diane who showed us to our rooms and provided a welcome pot of tea. Parking was available at the rear of the property as the street is residents only. The back alley needs to be negotiated carefully so that you don't scape your car. The rooms were spotless, as was the rest of the house and the bed comfortable. Well appointed bathroom and a warm shower. A good choice at breakfast and the 'full English' was plentiful and well cooked. Diane is very friendly and loves a chat during which she can supply you with any information you may need about the area. We would certainly come again a recommend it highly to others
