I was going to give a raving review, but couldn't after what I have been going through to get my security deposit back and an additional charge for $10.03. This was an unplanned and unexpected trip due to the death of my brother and not receiving the security deposit back is a hardship for me.

The hotel was great, clean and comfortable. I couldn’t find anyone to check me in when I first arrived and had to wait for several minutes before an employee showed up. My mini frig also was set so high it froze all the food in it. The breakfast was advertised to open at 7am but wasn’t even open at 7:30. Other than those small incidents it was a nice stay.

Sub-par for sure.
Parking was easy & lots to walk to for shops etc. that will be the positive.
One of the reasons I booked this hotel was for the breakfast included which was supposed to be offered at 630 am, it wasn’t there was nothing and when I asked I was told the cook was just arriving (it was 7am) like literally walking in the door followed by a man carrying some sort of big silver pot … so no fruit or cereal or even coffee was out. I my child and I ended up going to Starbucks and returning around 8 am, still nothing put out NOTHING not even coffee!
One elevator was broken and the remaining one sounded like it was going to break at every floor. The shower never got hot- I was on third floor, Luke warm at best.
Skip this hotel there’s better ones near by.

Our first room had a clogged sink. Hallways smell, I think this place has gone downhill. And now they charge for parking, which is only for small vehicles. Lots of stores, groceries and restaurants nearby though. There is breakfast but it’s extra

Great location :) staff was amazing however, we did have housekeeping knocking on our door hours before check out even though there was a do not disturb sign on our door and again 15 mins before check out even though the sign was still up.

A good value for a hotel stay. Easily measures up to be a better 3-star hotel. Pricing was competitive when utilizing a booking website. The main exceptions to its being superior in most categories were the low water pressure in the shower, the absence of a bathtub, and one of the two elevators being out of service. Entire hotel staff were friendly and professional, however.

First room given had beds unmade and trash on desk. Second room had beds with no sheets and trash. Third room didn’t have accessible tub which had been requested on the website two weeks prior to our Christmas night arrival. We were distressed by these experiences. The front desk didn’t authorize any reimbursement. They did not have decaffeinated coffee in the room. Upon checkout they didn’t have coffee in the lobby.
