We stayed from 1-12. May in the hotel in Maspalomas and we were really looking forward to this vacation. The hotel is perfectly located, the staff at the hotel is super friendly and helpful. .However, we unfortunately had to realize that there were a few points during the entire stay that took away some of the holiday feeling - A construction site at the hotel that woke us up every day with the construction noise - No advance information that the electricity in the hotel will be switched off on May 10th, so full use of the room was not possible - Before arrival we had to proactively approach the hotel to receive information regarding check in / check in code - In November we sent them an email about adjusting the room and never received an answer, which is a shame. In general, we noticed that communication and customer service has decreased, which is a real shame, it takes away so much of the anticipation of the holidays and the charm of the hotel itself, because we have recommended the hotel to our friends in the past and would like to continue to do so. We also tried to contact them after our stay but never heard back from them.
