Amamos nossa estadia! Hotel muito charmoso, quarto e banheiro super limpos, chuveiro muito bom (pressão e temperatura), staff muito atencioso, café da manhã delicioso (além das frutas, todos os dias o principal prato do café era alguma comida típica mexicana - deliciosa por sinal). Localização excelente, próximo à praia e quase esquina com a Quinta Avenida. Queremos agradecer especialmente ao Brito, pela gentileza, por ser muito atencioso e nos dar várias dicas! E também um super obrigada ao Gabriel e Luis, pelos deliciosos cafés da manhã durante os 06 dias que estivemos por aqui!

My local friends walked me through the terrace of this hotel when I was here last year and it left an impact on me so I decided to rent a room this time around and I was not disappointed! This is one of the most wonderful hotels I’ve stayed in to date and I highly recommend staying here

Great, calming, and peaceful stay! The staff was incredibly nice to us, always attentive and welcoming. The garden is a tranquil oasis, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The rooms are beautifully designed, reflecting a true boutique style. We especially loved the delicious, typical food prepared by a local chef—it was an authentic experience! I would definitely recommend La Semilla to anyone looking for an intimate experience with attention to every detail. Loved everything here and can’t wait to return!

Beautiful hotel, located in the most beautiful street in Playa del Carmen just a block away from the beach, bohemian vibes and nature all around it. It is located in the 38th street and the rooms are beautiful and they have fresh coffee and music in the morning.

Definitely a place to stand out in the area. Very attentive employees, spacious rooms, great full day bar with tea and dry fruits/fruits selection. Rooftop terrace, a lot of privacy, tasty breakfast and once again ppl who work there making you feel like home. Hugging atmosphere. Parking available.

The best hotel I have stayed in and such an amazing trip. I would highly recommend staying at the hotel la semilla. I could not fault the hotel and Breakfast was just perfect. The location was fantastic so close to the beach and to the restaurants I felt perfectly at ease travelling by myself and can honestly say I have felt safer here than anywhere else.

It was great. My room was perfect and had nice cold air conditioning. Close to everything. Everyone was super nice and friendly. Would go back again. Provided water in room for drinking and nice toiletries in the bathroom. Bed was comfy and had a great view and a really cozy and pretty area for coffee and breakfast.

This boutique hotel is a treasure amongst treasures. The rooms are decorated with so much attention and the setting of the hotel in lush green is a paradise in itself, created with a great respect and love for nature. Such green tranquility in the middle of a lively street full of great restaurants. The breakfast is fantastic. Señor Gabriel makes a different main dish every day which is a feast for the senses and was very thoughtful to us being vegetarian. Mr Brito from the reception made us feel very welcome and it truly feels like your home being away from home. We will be back soon

Our first stay in Mexico and we are beyond thrilled that we chose Hotel La Semilla. Despite being right by the famous 5th Avenue, the rooms are quiet and face away from the thriving evening life. The room is comfortable and has everything you need. We had a couple of questions in the first few days regarding the room, but the staff were quick to help us resolve these. The breakfast is exceptional. The chef is very kind and considerate and provided the most wonderful fruit plates and eggs every morning. Muy bien! The gardens are just stunning and transport you from the busy streets of Playa to a jungle paradise. We were also lucky enough to see Coatis playing in the trees from our room and from our breakfast table! The restaurants around the hotel are just lovely - we preferred a lot of the lunch menus to dinner, but both were excellent. Could not have asked for a better base on our trip - thank you!
