Es un hotel q está junto alos bares y el ruido no deja dormir Aparte las habitaciones huelen todo el tiempo a humedad y avía muchos moscos Y el agua de la ducha salía salada Al igual que el agua del lavamanos

We spent four nights there. Our room smelt of mold. The room is not healthy for sleeping. The closet ceiling was black with mold. The price of the room included a safe - but the receptionist did not give us the key, so we did not use it. That's why we carried all our valuables with us everywhere. The hotel is located right next to the noisiest nightclubs of Playa del Carmen - so we advise you to buy drinks in the store and enjoy the night show program of the neighbors in your room or in front of it. There is nothing from sleeping during the night. It's quiet during the day - we slept on the beds on the beach. These are our objections to the hotel. Our compliments: The rooms are cleaned every day and then the towels are changed. The bathroom is ok, no problems with hot water. No insects. The staff is extremely friendly. Daily music on the beach is for every recommendation. The beachfront restaurant does not serve coffee. The quality of sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach is excellent.

We just returned from Cozumel after 25 years. This time staying a few miles out of town at Costa Del Sol. I can't say enough wonderful things about this property. First off the managers and entire staff were amazing. We walked into a spotless big home. Housekeeping did an exceptional job. There was not a speck of dust or a bug anywhere. Everything sparkled with cleanliness. Enrique met us as we pulled in and did a walk through of the house. Anytime we had a question or needed help with a serve, he quickly returned a text or phone call. The location is beautiful with the infinity pool out front. Several of us gathered as the sun was going down every evening. Taxis are plentiful or you can easily rent a car. Rental agency dropped off and then picked up the car at the end of our trip. This is easily one of the top rentals we have enjoyed in over 25 years of vacationing in Mexico. March 2022

Ya no existe. El hotel esta cerrado al público. Se le recomienda a los usuarios no realizar pagos anticipados para no ser estafados. Comprobar antes de realizar la reserva. Llamar a los números oficiales del establecimiento. Texto tomado de Facebook "Hola hoy ocurrió algo mi familia reservo este hotel Costa del mar playa del carmen por pricetravel ya estaba pagada la reserva y cuando llegaron, unos vigilantes de ahí dijeron que el hotel cerro hace cuatro días y se vieron en una situación difícil buscar otro hotel en el momento, imagínense en temporada alta la reserva si es correcta pero el hotel ya no existe alguien me puede ayudar para saber cómo puede hacer reembolso pricetravel y por cierto este hotel ya no existe todo está completamente apagado luces y todo"

Es la cuarta ocasión que nos quedamos en este hotel ya que la ubicación y el precio es muy bueno si lo que quieres es ahorrar y solo casi llegar a dormir. Está a pasos de la famosa 5ta Avenida. Tiene playa, alberca, estacionamiento, restaurant, camastros y un OXXO cruzando la calle y el personal del hotel siempre amables y atentos a lo que necesites, también hay un Walmart a 5 min caminando y muchos restaurantes al rededor. Lo único malo para los que no pueden dormir con el ruido es que está a media cuadra del los antros "Mandala, La Vaquita" y literal sientes que estás en la fiesta en tu habitación y terminan hasta las 3am. Pero si eres como yo de los que se acuestan y se pierden si vale mucho la pena este hotel. Si lo recomendó y al personal que trabaja en el. Muchas Gracias y nos vemos pronto.

Por empezar la habitación no tenia ropero, solo eran estantes, ni hablar de pedir perchas; no nos pusieron en ningún momento champú, los toallones tenían olor a cigarrillo, terriblemente húmedo todo, nos ofrecieron televisión en la habitación y la tuvimos que imaginar, el agua corriente era salada,(tomábamos una ducha de agua salada), para esperar que saliera caliente debíamos dejar abierta y corriendo el agua durante 10 minutos. Las paredes, incluido el ventilador sin mantenimiento. La higiene dejaba mucho que desear. No se ilusionen con la bajada a la playa, no se puede porque hay piedras y esta cerrada por un cerco de palos, literalmente un desastre. Horrible el hotel, El restaurante y las reposeras sucias. Eso si te piden, en la habitación, una propina muy amablemente.

Schrecklich laute Musik der umliegenden Diskotheken, ab 20 Uhr versteht man selbst im Zimmer das eigene Wort nicht mehr! Teilweise auch untertags sehr laute Musik. Der Strand ist auch eher ein Witz, die Bezeichnung „Strand“ ist schon eine Frechheit. Die Zimmer riechen nach Schimmel, Armaturen sind koplett rostig. Wir hatten insgesamt 5 Zimmer angemietet und die waren alle schlimm. Der Pool ist eiskalt und nir ein tiefes Loch mit ca. 2m Durchmesser.
