Melhor localizaçao para hostel. Proximo a rodoviaria ADO, conveniências 24h e de frente para o mar e Ferrys para Cozumel. O dono foi bem flexível quanto aos meus horarios de check in e check out ( os fiz de madrugada) e ainda me ajudou com cambio. Tbm havia uma brasileira em voluntatiado que me ajudou muito nas coisas. Só tive dificuldade de encontrar a porta (creio que uma placa ajudaria) mas o dono foi me buscar e auxiliar. RECOMENDO.

Hi all, i was just about to write a recommendation when i decided to have a look what other people wrote and i noticed a comment from a guest that i met here as well during my stay. I Just quickly want to clarify that Lea_Brew's comment shouldn't be considered when making a decision on where to stay in Playa del Carmen as this guest was really horrible and nasty. Besides the fact that never greeted me when i said hello, this guest was completely druged up and left rubbish everywhere which was very uncool for other guests who might received the impression that the hostel is dirty, that is definately not the case. The Location was the best i have ever been to. The kindness and the fact the owner helps with everything and socializes directly by inteoducing guests with each other was Just amazing. Coming to the point..it was awesome! Thanks again for the nice stay! Best Greets from Sebastian (Germany Frankfurt)

room smelled strongly of cigarettes I was woken up to a very large rat scurrying on my pillow no sign to enter building should be condemned strong sewage smell another guest kept asking to borrow money overall bad vibes I cannot recommend this place

Location is superb. Next to ferry terminal and close to ADO bus station. It's right on the ocean, near 5th avenue yet quiet at night. Great staff, all very friendly and accommodating. The pet dogs are friendly and low energy and very cute.
Guest access to full kitchen and use of common refrigerator. Free coffee in the morning and free drinking water 24/7.
The outdoor deck overlooking the ocean is amazing and a great hangout spot to meet other guests. All in all a wonderful experience.

Love the location - right on the beach and directly beside the ferry pier. Very quiet location as well. A little difficult to locate, but the friendly locals are there to help.
The staff is very friendly and are native english speakers. They accomodated us early and were always very polite. Internet is free, but the parking situation for those who have a car could be improved.
Other than the lack of a tv for entertainment (booked the private room) the accomodations were pleasant. The bed was much more comfortable than most hotels we stay in, the water was hot, but the bathroom drain wound up filling the room with a foul smell of sewage. A drain stop or weekly clean-out of the drain with bleach would go a long way. Other than that would certainly stay again as you cant beat this location for the price :)

Excellent location next to 5th avenida, outlets and the Cozumel ferry. The rooms are kind of old however clean. The entrance is in the back of the 711 liquor store and Señor Frog's. Includes kitchen for basic meal cooking, drinking water, and every tasty breakfast. Terrace with great view. Staff is very attentive and helpful to guests. Would definitely consider staying here again.

I had a great stay at Boho, really close to the beach and the main *****. Good size dorm rooms, decent kitchen. Great terrace which you can use for working or socialising in the evening, but it shuts at 12 so you are never kept up all night like a lot of hostels in Playa.
