The room was spacious and had a great view of the ocean. There were peices of broken glass around the lower deck, the hot tub did not work and does not have a cover to keep debris out, also no scoop or net available to clean out debris, could not be used at all. Room faced boat launch, noise and lots of turned up sea****. Beach club is next to marina, very narrow beach and swimming area. Walking distance to many stores and restaurants was a plus.

Perfect location. Beach club is really nice with great Pizza and drinks. Walk to 5th Ave or walk to Jungle Strret. Very safe area. Stayed in Penthouse 23 it was fabulous Beautiful views and a jacuzzi on the upper deck !!!!

The place was perfect for a family . It was big and spacious and many expats live here so it’s quiet . The pool was safe for even small kids since there is an area where the water is very low . It was walkable to fifth avenue and plenty of restaurants . I would stay here again.

We got a awesome ocean view from our unit. Our unit was so clean and beautiful, pool is huge and clean, it’s a very safe place ,everyone was so welcoming and 5th Avenue was so close, you got a lot in a walkable distance, we enjoyed our visit!

Great place to stay. Miguel was fantastic with all our needs. Good location. Plenty of taxi out front to take us places too far to walk. Pool was perfect temp and clean. Quiet place to rest. Would definitely stay again.

We couldn't have found a more convenient, well kept, friendly resort property than the Elements in Playa Del Carmen! We stayed in a ground floor condo, with all the comforts... walk outside to your patio and into the pool or 200 feet to your private beach! Our concierge, Miguel, was always available with answers & recommendations to help make our valuable time enjoyable. We absolutely will stay there the next time we visit.
