Excelente recepção, quarto grande, porém deveria ter cobertura para acessar o primeiro piso. Quando está chovendo é muito ruim ter que passar na chuva para acessar o quarto.
Custo benefício muito bom, pois a localização é ótima.

It was the worst. There was no hair dryer in the room, so I visited 3 times, but they did not give me a hair dryer, and the technician came after 3 times saying that I needed to install it, but it took 20 minutes to install, so I couldn't use it in the end.
There are no hangers in the room, no body shower, and disposable shampoo cannot be used without scissors. The window is unlocked and the safe has no key. Sound outside
There is no soundproofing at all and it is noisy, such as singing inside.
It looks like a room from the outside. I took off my clothes without even knowing it. There is no phone in the room, no elevator, and it takes 5 minutes to walk to the reception. Don't ever go, never ever

This place is a full scam. The room was not clean. The towels were yellowish and wet. The in-room facility is beyond terrible. In the room the bed and everything is a $20/night quality. The toilet has not flushed when we checked in. In the night there were night clubs, but the room is not noise proof at all. When you check in they say you need to maintain curfew at 11pm. Guess what, at 12AM, the bar in the hotel is still playing loud music. Before you book this place, make sure you check other comments as well. I forgot to take pictures, but you will know what I mean from other bad reviews.

프라야 델 카르멘 지역에서 가장 핵심적인 위치에 있어요. 해변도 가깝고 버스도 가깝고 마트도 가깝고 이지역에 여행오실 예정이라면.
이 호틀을 선택하지 않을 이유가 없네요.
단. 조용히 책읽는것 좋아하고. 불면증 있는분에게는 이 호텔이 맞지않아요.
호텔은 아름답고. 안쪽 객실은 비교적 조용해요.

O quarto bonito, amplo, tudo bem limpo. Havia Tv, porém não deva pra trocar o canal, colchão muito ruim, e não havia água quente, estava quebrado o que esquentava a água..

Terrivel.. jamais fique neste hotel. Passamos 2 dias sem agua quente no hotel e 1 dia sem luz. Os hospedes ficaram o tempo todo ao lado da piscina bebados e fumando maconha. Falamos inumeras vezes na recepcao e nada. Ninguem consegue dormir no hotel devido a bagunça. Ainda falaram que deviamos ir falar com os outros hospedes para nao fazerem festa, parar com as drogas e abairem o volume. Quanto a estrutura o hospede quando chega tem de subir uma enorme escadaria com as malas pois nao tem elevador e ninguém ajuda. Estamos entrando em contato com o booking para pegar o dinheiro de volta e ir para outro hotel.

Very nice place. Love it recommend it Good is great. Nice location right in front of the Palacios. In the hearth of playa del Carmen. I went with friends and everyone is friendly you can also rent rent rooms for cheap depending on the month you come

Very good service, I liked the atmosphere, I liked the facilities and they treated me well, I liked all that The estire Lucas was excelente and very attentative. The rooms were very clean and were always fast and professional. I had a great time at the hotel and my family was also happy.

Just on the roof top Resturant. Excellent food and service. Entertainment was excellent bar men was very helpful. My company was very nice as well They have good selection of drinks. Karaoke night was excellent as well. They also have line dancing.
