É um local bem localizado e protegido. Os alimentos são incríveis e existem muitos tipos diferentes. Piscina é boa. Só precisa de uma praia melhor. Não é para férias na praia, mas outros são realmente bons.

A baixa temporada não é muito barulhenta, as pessoas não estão lotadas, a comida e a bebida são de alta qualidade, o hardware da sala é muito sofisticado, ou seja, é confortável e conveniente, mas também tem um rosto, a localização é muito bom, e é super seguro!

Hotel com ótimo custo benefício e para quem quer ficar perto da Quinta Avenida. Em uma próxima viagem a Playa del Carmen, ficaremos novamente nesse hotel. O único ponto negativo é não ter uma praia boa.

The hotel was beautiful, i liked that it was open air, the pool/bar area was overly noisy for me but that's just me preference, everyone there seemed to love it, especially if you were a heavy drinker. I preferred the beach and the rooftop pool where the vibe was more "relax" vs "let's get wasted!".
The buffet restaurant and room service was SO convenient, being able to just grab a quick meal before leaving for the day was nice. The food was pretty bland but still good! Staff was friendly and helpful, it was a nice place 🙂

We love that the property isn’t to big and it’s close to 5th Ave. I was happy to see that they brought in sand and they now have a little bit of a beach. The staff is fantastic.

Everything was so smooth and clean and they were so nice food good but needed salt and pepper that's it but over all I'll bring back my mother and mother in Law because it's a older crowd that stays there
