Ótima localização, bem no coração da 5ª Avenida. A equipe foi adorável. A piscina era incrível. Recomendo este hotel

For the price you can’t beat the location… walking distance to all… beach, restaurants, mall, shopping, public transportation (ADO terminal is walking distance, by Walmart) that has buses on a 24 hour schedule. We took a bus to Cancun at almost midnight and it was totally safe. The hotel is close to 5th Ave so you can hear music from the local clubs. Once in your room you can really hear it, unless your a light sleeper you may not like the night life noise. We had to check out early but had an all day excursion booked. The hotel staff allowed us to leave our luggage until we returned from the excursion around 10p. We didn’t feel like our luggage was being left in a secure area. It was just an empty unlocked room across from reception. We took our most valuable like our passports with us to be safe if anyone has access and went thru our belongings. They assured us our things would be safe, and I cannot dismiss that all was just as we left it when we came back. If you need to leave your things here, I would advice not to leave behind valuables. Just to be safe. The room was spacious and clean. We were cold the first night and the bed only had one thin sheet. Next night we asked for blanquets and that resolved that issue. I also noticed the 2 times I showered that the hot water in our room lasted 5 mins before cold water started to come out. Wish it lasted longer as the showers are great and I would have enjoyed a longer shower.

The location of the hotel was great! The staff was nice and made check in and out easy. It was also nice having a security guard in the front. The room was good for what we paid for, but the the shower could’ve been cleaned better. But overall it was was a good stay and it was a sufficient enough

Staff responded to every request or inconvenience we had during our stay. Very kind staff and liked the fact that they had a security person at the entrance. Overall the room was clean and spacious.
Dislike that I was given the wrong room the 1st day so I had to sort of check out the next morning while they got ready the room I paid for.
Alsohad to request the little towels almost every day and as well as toilet paper, they would forget often.
Room had a view to the street, very nice but also very noisy at night, but I was aware of that and ok.

This hotel has a great location, however some construction noise was heard in the morning. Suite wasn't properly cleaned. Lots of sand. Shower on the right no cold water and showerheads clogged with calcium built ups. (Sarro) really convenient parking area. It's close to great attractions Calle 8 pavers are ruined. (Not hotel fault). I stayed here in the past. You can tell some areas need to be maintained but over all a good stay

The hotel is walkable to shopping and restaurants. The staff is nice. The room is big. But our room is next to bar and the music is too loud until 4 am.
