Decepcionada, achei que seria im hotel top mas encontramos mal humor dos funcionarios. Grosseria dos toalheiro, muitas regras e pouco servico. Quarto pequeno. Chuveiro com pouca agua, toalhas umidas.Comida geralmente fria.

Very nice and clean ,i have stayed at a lot of riu properties and no waitress service around the pool or at the shows was a little surprising but every thing else was very nice

Really dated rooms we’d stayed in other riu hotels on the area but they don’t expend money updating the rooms outside facilities great but the rooms

Just returned from a 7 night stay w/ 3 kids (10,13,15) and we couldn’t be happier. Entire resort was clean and well maintained. Lots of food variety and staff was accommodating with my food allergies. Tons of activities to keep kids and adults busy by the pool. Staff was VERY hardworking! Would recommend the Mexican restaurant for dinner and getting coffee from the lady at the bar near the Hacienda. Night shows were great too, esp Queen tribute band. Loved that you could rent boogie boards and snorkel equipment at the beach for free! We hope to return someday soon!

Everything is fine, but they are just housekeeping every morning. Lock your door very early ask you want housekeeping but we are late very tired. They always wake us up. I don’t like that.
