The hotel looks nice, but is very noisy. Specially during mornings when you are sleeping. The restaurant on first floor starts working from 6:30 am and walls are very thin. So you hear lots of noise and hard to sleep well. But still they have good promotions for free messages and other stuff. I recommend getting a room on 3rd floor to have least noise.

Gostei muito do hotel, a vibe. A comida é muito boa. Você ter que pedir ajuda a não enfiar tanto o pé na jaca. Um ponto negativo é eles oferecendo code share. Ligando para o quarto de manhã cedo, mesmo dizendo que já não queria anteriormente.

Nice hotel in PDC downtown, easy access to 5th ave lots of things to do. Spacious room and comfortable bed, nice rooftop but service there could be improved as it seems not many waitresses available.
Water is complimentary and you can refuel which is definitely a plus.
Price for breakfast too expensive 45 usd we preferred go to Starbucks 2 min walk.

Very Noisy, this "Resort" was very noisy most hours of the night. 630am when breakfast starts plates are clanging and music is playing. Then the restaurant closes but the music keeps playing til at least midnight. Do not book this place unless you do not want to sleep. Lastly we asked for a room change and even though they had spare rooms they were unwilling to move us to a quiet room. We booked a romantic dinner but had to cancel as we could not contact the arranger and ran out of time and we asked for a later check out and even though there were rooms on ******* and booking they said they were fully booked and gave us 30mins! not booking this one again!

Recently returned from staying at the Reef 28 and my experience went like this. The hotel is located conveniently right by the main ***** so you have easy access to all the entertainment. Starbucks located a block away which is convenient. Check in was quick and nice but they do try to offer you a concierge soon as you check in to sit with you, but due to long travel we declined. Once we sat they try to sell you on purchasing a package to tour the sister hotel which we declined. The room was very spacious and clean, nice pillows, few beverages in fridge, filtered water on each floor and a water jug to fill & place in place. Down side is the water was warm and when filling jacuzzi the water was cold. By the last 2 days the water got hot. Roof top is a party vibe everyday which was okay with us with great music. Our waiter Luis F was AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING. He was there everyday & was friendly the entire time. Breakfast was good but not a fan of the dinners. Food from bar was good wings, guacamole, nachos and fries. Drinks semi watered down so order shots. Overall I would stay again just eat elsewhere!

A fantastic all inclusive in the city experience! I love that the property is adults only. It’s located in the middle of all the action. It’s truly the best of both worlds. Brenda is a gem to the property. A lot of things to do surrounding the hotel like local eats and entertainment. The rooftop is where it’s at! Great vibes, drink selection, and eats up there. The shuttle to the other property is a nice feature. I wish there was room service or food options open later but overall a unique and wonderful stay.

Great location - very close to 5th Avenue. The rooftop patio was amazing and everything was very clean. Our room was very loud at night due to the club across the street. I strongly recommend requesting a room on the back side of the hotel. The food was average and the service a bit slow but overall we enjoyed our stay here.
