Sim as almofadas eram bastante comodas para se bem dormir, as camas tambem otimas,oo serviço de restaurante era muito nom , muita comida variada, tabua de queijos grande variedade, frutas igualmente, o servente a grelhar carne ou peixe, recomendo, com a praia a 200mts ,restaurantes e bares ao longo do paredão a beira mar.👌

Ficamos aqui uma noite devido ao cancelamento do nosso vôo de regresso e este foi o hotel que nos marcaram. Só tenho a dizer, fabuloso!! Serviço de qualidade, simpatia dos funcionários e o quarto muito bom e espaçoso. A praia é perto e é um sonho. O que menos gostei foi das piscinas pois tenho duas crianças e não eram o melhor. O pequeno almoço excelente, não faltou nada. Adorei o local, mesmo muito bom e adorava voltar um dia para usufruir asério durante uma semana!

Our second visit of Palma and must admit I love it even more. The hotel is very well organised and clean. Our room got cleaned daily and even that April is very quiet month the pools were very well looked after. The food was nice but our favourite bit is definitely the kids disco. We came here to celebrate our son's 5th birthday and the best part of our 6day trip was the hotel entertainment. The DJ it's something different! Always smiling, super friendly and made our son and us feel special. If everyone loved their jobs as he does, holidays would be full with only great memories!!! Highly recommend the hotel and especially the kids programs for the youngest!

Fantastic hotel, our apartment was perfect and had everything you need. The food was fantastic and very good quality, and the staff very friendly. The hotel was very clean and only 5min walking from the beach. Recomended 100% and we'll def come back! The only thing I was missing is baby food at the restaurant. As it is a hotel for families, I was expecting some kind of food for babies, like baby pouches, but they didn't have any. Also, no highchair in the apartment, which it would have been very helpful. They could provide one if they know there is a baby staying

We had so much fun with Ray Chocolate! He is a nice man full with positive energy and kindness. My kids loved being in the events held by him. We definitely recommend every family with children to try these events. Thank you Ray and hope to see you again next vacation!

Great hotel for family stay near the beach. Lots of restaurants in walking distance and beautiful beaches. Lots for the kids to do including kids club and disco with Ray! Would recommend getting breakfast included - well worth it! Rooms were clean and a good size and have a balcony.

The best experience it was the entertainment at night, high quality shows and the best animation, Ray and Marlin. It was so worth it !! Will come again just for the experience at night! So much fun. Jaime was also the best bartender. All the personnel was very friendly and helpful

Really enjoyed the evening family entertainment ! The Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Reception staff were welcoming too. Good breakfast with a a wide selection of foods ( warm and cold). Look forward to returning in the future .

The whole atmosphere was amazing, the staff was amazing, never felt more welcome in a hotel than this one. Always something on every night. General vibe with just 10/10. Highly recommend this place... Must have a special shout out for Ray Chocolate, he is such a vibe!
