前台的中年外國男服務態度很差，不給予客户尊重，事情來龍去脈： 1. 我們朋友在另一家酒店的房間還無法check in，就先把行李放我們房間，並同我們一起進入我們的房間商討行程安排，期間未侵犯他人任何私隱，但進入時，前台並未告知我們不允許外人進入房間區域，也沒有在朋友進入的時候攔下來不讓他進。 2.到達房間後，前台多次打電話讓朋友下來，如果他要住的話就要辦理check in，語氣十分強勢，沒見過態度這麼差的，不給我任何説話的機會，一直重複must be down here， must be must be，否則就call police，然後就掛了，給了我們最糟糕的客户體驗。 3.我們下去後準備去前台和他説清楚，結果這個中年男人直接和我們吵了起來，情緒十分激動，叫我們的朋友get out，還出言罵他，甚至沖到外面想搶他的手機。 綜上所述，這個酒店是不會再來了並且十分不推薦，從未住過態度這麼差以及蠻不講理的酒店。

Really cannot fault this hotel brilliant friendly staff,food was really good and a good selection,rooms cleaned daily and brilliant view,definitely would stay here again,close to the beach and a short ride to Palma centre as well as the airport 👍

A nice hotel, kind stuff, clean rooms. We stayed in apartment equiped with kitchen. The whole apartment was realy nice with lot of space, bedroom with big closet and tv, (pillows were realy good and comfy), curtains were shady enough. Big bathroom with shower, hair dryer and heater. Spacious living room with 2 sofas, huge TV, big dinnig table and a little kitchen, balcony with small drying rack for clothes, 2 chairs and small table. Inside pool, gym, wellness - we did not have time to try. Water in both outdoor pools was quiet cold but we spend whole time at the beach, it was realy close to the hotel (not more than 5minutes). Weather was fantastic at the beginning of october. Streets were most of the time quiet. Bus stop near the hotel. Aquarium approx. 25min walk. 2 bigger supermarkets (Eroski and Mercadona) approx. 20min walk.

Lovely apartment, couldn’t fault anything would highly recommend. Easy to find and just up the road from the airport. We arrived late at night so took a taxi from the airport at a set cost of 17 euros for two of us, so very reasonable. We returned to the airport by bus, the A2 bus stop was round the corner from the hotel and they come every hour at about twenty to the hour and it costs 5 euro per person on the bus and takes about 10 minutes but there is also a taxi rank next to the bus stop if you prefer.

We stayed here for 5 nights. Was able to check in earlier than anticipated which was a bonus. Room was lovely looking out over the pool. We asked to hire an iron and was given one with an ironing board bought up to our room. Food was fab, can’t complain about any meal we had (half board) plenty to choose from and something for everyone. Staff were attentive and friendly would definitely stay again!

A lovely hotel midway between Can Pastilla and Ses Cadenes, the beach resort to the south of Palma city and the airport is 5 minutes away in a car. Staff are cheerful and super friendly, approachable and very helpful. Rooms are all nicely equipped with a good size balcony and those on the higher floors will have a full or partial sea view, in particularly guests in a west facing room will get to have unobstructed sunset. As the name of the hotel implies, there are also apartments that are situated in a separate low rise block. The views from them may be restricted to city or mountain with a bit of the sea but that is compensated by the generous room size and the kitchen facilities plus dinning space, perfect for family or group of 4 people. Ample on street parking and the hotel is just one block away from the beach. Breakfast and dining are all hot buffet style so guests will be spoiled with choices. The half board option is the most attractive one specially if visiting out of season as many cafes and restaurants nearby do not open outside the summer seasons.

At the same price of a hotel room on the beachfront you can get an apartment with breakfast here, just 100 meters further. Breakfast is not very varied but price quality comparison is very good. Don't know why you would pay for breakfast because no one checks your room number upon entering the area in fact.

We has booked a room with a lateral sea view and were lucky enough to have one that was on the end corner so it was basically a full on sea view! Room was lovely and clean with more storage than I expected lots of drawers and areas to put your things away. Mini fridge was well used for drinks and some fresh local treats. As the other reviews state the food was our highlight of every day. We were there for just over a week and every day there was plenty of choice, the salad bar was changed every day - they really pack into as much as they can into the space they have! I think I had ice cream for dessert most nights. Staff worked very hard, I noticed the names of Manuel, Emmanuel and Esteban and a fourth guy with dark hair whose name I can't remember but all worked incredibly hard to keep tables clear and meet your every need. We were on the 5th floor and found it to be lovely and quiet. Bed was memory foam and very comfortable and the pillows just the right height. I normally sleep terribly in strange beds but I slept the best I have on holiday in years. I can only think of 2 things for the hotel to improve on but they were little annoyances really I want to emphasis for value this hotel is fab and we would return. 1 - the bin in the room is divided into 3 for recycling. 1 this wasn't really big enough and we ended up putting general into the recyclable slots for lack of space. It would be better to have 3 little bins instead, and to put the logo for each on them. We weren't sure which was for plastic etc. so looked on the bins outside the hotel for the colours. 2 - The hotel lists "air con" but we went last week of March, and I think for that time of year it is actually heating instead. There's a dial in the room for the temperature and buttons to up the strength of the fan. This produced lovely heating but no air con. Presumably it is switched internally when the summer season starts? We were able to open our balcony door for fresh air the 2 days it was warm. It was just sheets on the beds, with a blanket each in the wardrobe, which we did have to use as the weather turned much colder and we were glad for the heating. One tip the hotel don't really advertise that you have to pay for the key for the sauna, it's 14 euros but you do get it for 2 hours and there's a little room outside, so you can lock yourself in the room before going into the sauna, it means you can take a bottle of water with you and have breaks so you make the full use of your time. Presumably this has come in with Covid but we did appreciate knowing no one would join us. Overall a fabulous stay and the meals in particular really made the holiday.
