Stayed over Chris**as / new year 14days All inclusive (privlage )one of the best hotel we have stayed in .food out of this world Italian -Japanese-steak house -and the dinner and show .main reasturant also good plenty of variety gala dinner on Chris**as was lovely new year eve was fantastic still talking about it now month after we been home I could go on for ever talking about the hotel we loved everything about it staff happy and helpfull spa was good infinity pool also good looking out to sea ....We will be definitely booking again for Chris**as/new year privlage All inclusive. package we'll worth doing .. Thank you to all the staff at the hotel .

3 40-somethings seeking a long weekend break involving sun, relaxation, good food & a right good laugh! H10 Conquistador did not disappoint. Cannot fault the staff or the hotel, so clean , attentive staff and special mention to Pedro on the van at the ‘adult only’ drink and snacks van - super friendly and gave us lots of good chat!

I’m really sorry I should have done this before now ,just want to say a massive thanks to everyone at the hotel for another wonderful stay A big thanks to Mariola ( hope I’ve spelt it right ) for sorting my wife’s drink at the piano bar for her See you next year Many thanks again

Just back after a week of staying at this hotel. Enjoyed every min of it, entertainment was wonderful especially the Tuesday night 😊 the 3 amazing singers were outstanding.. Couldn't fault any of the entertainment staff... The kids entertainers went above and beyond and they kids really couldn't enjoy themself anymore.. Buffet food.. We went half board, we did find some of the nights quite hard to get something we would like, some of the dishes were very unusal but they do try their best to cater to everyone... 1 thing I noticed is the glasses for breakfast at the buffet table beside the smoothies were dirty and very dusty unfortunately.. Had a hard time finding a clean glass most mornings.. But staff were all helpful and easy to approach.. Half board get a kettle free but have to ask for it, and had to ask twice, same with cups and a spoon.. I had a problem keeping the cup and tea spoon lol... I think the maid (who was also amazing) took the spoon and cup on separate mornings so spent a few days trying to keep these things 😂 Anyway no big issues... Fabulous stay, staff, entertainment would stay again.. Thankyou again.. C x

Privilege room!! definitely worth it!! restocked fridges everyday!! Upon late arrival, we were greeted by happy smiley friendly staff, missed our evening meal so we were provided with sandwiches!!☺️ cleaners, came round everyday and made our beds, provided us with fresh towels and never failed to stop to speak to us… today we booked an Italian downstairs when we were greeted by Denise who went above and beyond, she made conversations with us, was happy and smiley, she was so enthusiastic about her job, what a wonderful lady🥰

Overall the hotel communal areas such as the pool, lobby, reception and restaurants are very nice. The staff are pleasant and approachable and room service come in daily and change the towels and make the room up nicely. I would say the room was pretty average, clean and tidy for the most part (with the exception of stains to the curtains and the light switches by the bed were dirty) and does for sleeping but I wouldn't say the rooms are worth the cost. The breakfast buffet was OK. There was alot of attempts to upsell which I didn't like as we had already paid a lot of money for the 4 nights and would have thought there wouldn't have been all the add ons since we laid for a 4* hotel. We chose not to add anything else on asn that worked out fine for us as the drinks at the bar were reasonably priced and didn't cost us too much to just buy what we wanted. Overall it is a nice place to stay and everyone is very nice, I just felt it was a bit overpriced in general for the average room.

We stayed Privileged Food choice was excellent staff were excellent pool choice was excellent small hiccup with housekeeping but once highlighted with reception it was sorted. I now understand why so many people we met keep going back to this hotel.

Absolutely lovely hotel, staff helpful and although the rooms on 1st floor could do with a freshen up (which is actually going on now - no noise whatsoever or disturbance) they were clean, modern and well presented. The best all inclusive we have ever been to. Branded drinks, buffet was lovely (not like a school dinner situation) the Italian a la carte is well worth a visit, a la carte lunch restaurant is really nice (you can go there whenever you want but should book) hot snacks at pool bar are good. The coffee shop which opens around 5/530 until 11 is worth a visit, varying coffees, shakes, cakes, muffins etc. cocktails were amazing. Evening entertainment was good, it was quite loud but finished around 10-1030. We were on the 1st floor (superior room 121 which had pool and view if sea. Our daughter and son in law with twin baby boys had room 120 which had a larger balcony wrapping around the corner, view of pool and sea (which was amazing) toiletries in bathroom were good quality (didn’t need to take own - hand soap, moisturiser, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner in addition 2 packaged toothbrushes and paste, comb, shower cap, shaving set, tissues, baby’s wash and moisturiser (in daughter’s room) safe in our superior room was included in price but not in junior suite. Coffee tray and bottle of water replenished each day. Mini bar had 2 beers, water, 2 cokes, orange juice, cookies and a Kitkat but wasn’t replenished after. This was no problem if on all inclusive. Hotel in an amazing position, grounds and pools lovely, reception, bars, restaurants etc bright, airy and very stylish. Certainly will be returning.

Fabulous! Stayed 4 days November 2023, 6 of us total. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms lovely all toiletries provided, good quality too. We stayed all inclusive, food was the best I've had at any all inclusive. Drinks were also very good, premium brands including tonics. Entertainment at night was good to have, we didn't leave the hotel during our stay. Just planning our November 2024 trip now. I wouldn't stay anywhere else when going to Tenerfie. See you soon 😊
