Apartamentos Las Floritas

Las floritas was in a good location for bars, restaurants & the beach. The apartment was functional if not a bit tired. The website needs to be updated. All in all, I would use las floritas again if the rate was OK.

Lovely apartment , we arrived sat and cleaners have been in everyday , staff are friendly and pool bar is nice ,,our apartment is on the main rd so was noisy on sat night but been fine since, plenty to do and see only thing i would say is the bath needs to be updated

Great bargain apartment complex. Basic apartments need updating but all you need is provided. Beds a bit uncomfortable but Sangria helps. A really pleasant pool area with space to relax on your sunbed. No silly queues or rows of people and the poolside bar is fantastic. It’s run by a really nice man who is friendly and the food is lovely. We will definitely return.

We were here with our children (2 and 3 yrs) in 1995 and therefore wanted to choose this for nostalgic reasons:) Then our appartment was by the road, but maybe not that busy that time. Now we're staying on the further building so it's quiet, anyway. The rooms of course could be updated but everything is clean (cleaning every other day). No problem with warm water. The bar staff is great:)

the apartment we stayed in , desperately needs updating, when sunbathing, the best spots were outside occupied apartments. The bar was lovely and the bartender was friendly and attantive, this was the best part of the complex. The reception staff were rude, negative and not at all helpful

Honestly after reading these reviews we had major anxiety about the place. We went as a group of friends just for some cheap winter sun! Upon arrival the entrance is slightly hidden and dingy but as soon as you walk through to the pool the complex is actually very nice. The staff are not the most attentive but also not the worst! Apartments are very basic but the room and balcony sizes are actually really big and from our experience was very clean. The nightclub which is situated outside the complex was slightly annoying but as a group of young 20 year olds nothing a couple of drinks could not drown out. I think if you was going on a family holiday this would not be the place for you if its hard for children to fall asleep ect- however the complex is actually mainly privately owned apartments. Unfortunately I would say the beds are not the comfiest but when you are only there for a short amount of time and also for how cheap we actually got the package holiday you really cant complain. If you are expecting 5 star beds you pay for 5 star beds! Overall from the reviews I read I really was expecting to have to check out after day 1 but we was all really Impressed. There is no aircon so probably in summer not the most ideal but if you are going in the slightly cooler seasons with a group of friends I would highly recommend as literally a 5 minute walk to the ***** and siam park.

Apartment was ok had the basics, the complex shop is far to expensive charging 5 euros for a small lolly ***, the main problem was the beds, IV had to book to get my back adjusted it's that sore, it wouldn't break the bank to change the mattresses

This was the worst place i ever stayed we were here for a week once we got new towels when we asked for them they were so rude and said no they won’t be changed for the week the reception staff were so unfriendly the pool bar was the only good thing about the place the staff there was absolutely lovely and very friendly and lovely food

The apartment was grotty. Floor wasn’t clean on arrival. Balcony door didn’t latch closed. Pillows very thin so had to fold in half to sleep. Could smell **** when bedroom window was open. Asked for clean towels after 4 days and got told maybe today, maybe tomorrow. The pool is nice. Has ledges you can sit on in the water so you can keep cool. wouldn’t stay here again. Needs a refurb
