Marola Park

Just back from a week in Marola Park Apartamentos. Absolutely lovely place to stay. Had to wait for our room to be ready but was worth it. It was lovely and clean, everything you need for your stay. Poolside was lovely and relaxing food and drink at the poolside cafe was so nice, and the prices was good also. I cant think of anything negative to say about this place. Would go back if in Tenerife.

Great staff and spotlessly clean. Would definitely go back again. Good location, close to some excellent restaurants and beaches. We had a lovely family holiday and I'd definitely go back. Pool was cleaned every morning, and pool bar served amazing pina colada's

On the edge of Playa de las Américas, but within walking distance of a few decent eateries. When I emailed the hotel 6 weeks before we came to ask for a double bed, and not two singles (twin) wasn't responded to, when we arrived we were kindly told that for €185.97 including tax, we could have a room with a double bed, which on principal we declined. Our Room was a 1st floor studio, with a pool facing view, obstructed by a palm tree, with no air conditioning. Ceiling fan was operated by an app on your smartphone, or €50 deposit for remote control. 1st night we had a noisy cricket in our bathroom, which we couldn't find, to shut it up. Reception wouldn't help, and when he started again the 2nd night we had to attack it with bug spray, given to me by reception. It Made me physically sick with the fumes, to which the receptionist shrugged his shoulders and playing the old "me no understand the language" trick. Room was cleaned on 3rd day but you have to dry out your old towels, or use the self service laundry on site. Is it me, or has this apartment complex a fear of giving you loo roll? Our 3rd day, and our 2nd trip to reception to get loo roll. Pool very well kept, hygeinge throughout the place was great, Their policy of not being allowed to get up early and book your sunbed, with a towel was a good one of the plus sides of this place. This place didn't have ANY type of entertainment for kids or adults, apart from music from a small poolside bar during opening hours. On the plus side the price of food was reasonable. Overall I won't be back here or recommend it to others.

Good spot and with a few tweaks it would be excellent. Very clean hotel in a nice area (no nightclubs), staff were very pleasant and helpful. We were disturbed by 3 young lads playing loud rave music and it was sorted quickly. Some minor issues in the room - door to balcony did not lock but I was on 3rd floor so not too worried and 1 of the sockets (bedroom) didn't work. No air con so quite warm in bedroom although you can hire a remote for a ceiling fan Would go back

Great staff very friendly and always there to help. Room very clean and contains all things you need. Good air fan.. no air conditioning but that's fine in September. 50 euro deposit for fan control. Pool is very clean and plenty of chairs. Chairs cleaned every morning. Great location 10 min walk to beach and shops. Very quiet at night. Suoermarket 5 min walk for all your food and supplies.

As many have said this hotel/ apartments are spotlessly clean. Received an upgrade when we arrived so we were off to a good start. Staff on the whole were helpful and cheerful. Pool area cleaned every morning and beds set out, spent a couple of days by the pool chilling in the sunshine 🌞 Many restaurants and shops local for your choice. I would say about 15 mins walk down to the promenade at Las Americas, one day we turned left, one day we turned right……😀 Small niggle, on Friday we reported to reception that the kettle was not working, a male member of staff at reception asked what’s wrong with it? Dunno, just stopped working…he said he would get someone to look at it. He didn’t! Reported agin to same member of staff on Saturday, same conversation! No one came to look at kettle! Didn’t need to be looked at, give us another one from an empty studio. Didn’t bother on Sunday to ask again as going home on Monday. Didn’t feel quite happy boiling water for our cuppa in a saucepan. Had a great weeks R&R at the Marola Park.

Great location, very clean, nice staff. As per other reviews, the rooms are indeed quite warm, but keeping the door + windows open for a short while makes wonders. Close to the beach, walking distance from both Los Cristianos and Las Americas. Good selection of bars and restaurants within 300m.

Stayed here for two weeks from start to finish was a perfect stay cleanliness was 100% apartment was spotless on arrival and towels provided for the pool. The pool was great always sunbeds available pool bar very reasonable priced and all staff within the complex were very very friendly and went out their way to be helpful. Location is within walking distance of the main strip in Las Americas supermarkets on the doorstep. Was a quiet stay throughout the two week highly recommended for familys. Some previous reviews had us sceptical about what we had booked however 100% recommend.

3.5 stars overall. Arrived late evening and the person at reception was very helpful and they had upgraded our room to a studio due to a mix up. The rooms are kept clean and there are kitchen utensils ready to use. Convenient location, not too noisy around the hotel and 3 minutes walk to a supermarket. Buses are regular and cheap with a bus stop close to the outside the door and you can get on most buses to take you closer into the town and parks etc. Pool area was cleaned every morning at around 7:30am which you could hear from your room but it was very clean. When arriving you have to sign to say that you have seen the rules which include no noise after 10pm and your room must be cleaned at least once every 3 days. Cleaners were lovely. Around the pool was calm, sunbeds were always available and mostly with a parasol although they are limited. Not many visited the pool and there were only a few children. They didn’t throw away floats that were left from others visiting which was nice to use. Restaurant looked clean, however we never ate at the hotel. €11 for the safe. The main downside was there was no air con but there was a small fan in the bedroom. The fan cooled you down enough but you had to be close to it. The fan goes off when you turn the bedroom light off so you can’t have it on over night and the rooms do get really warm. €50 deposit which you het back at the end but you need to keep the receipt safe as well to give back with the remote. There is a bar by the pool that sells drinks and snacks. A good place to be on the quieter side with great bus routes.
