This was a fantastic vacation. From the moment we arrived the staff took care of us like family. Veronica, Maried, Fabian, Latoya, our driver Emanuel and many others made our stay enjoyable. The room, pools and food were also very good.

The staff was wonderful, great customer service. The resort was run down and not well kept. The rooms was not clean, had dirty conforter set and bathroom had mildew. Room smelled moldy.

I thought it was nice ! The food is not 5 stars, but I thought it was good for the price, the beach is not really for swimming but they have kayaks so that’s cool. We also saw sloths in the almond tree on the beach part. The service was nice people very helpful and kind. Overall it was a good time.

My toilet was hard to flush. Have to stand there and hold it or flush multiple times before paper would go down. Unless the room was freezing there was so much water on the floor i almost fell
