O hotel estava impecavelmente limpo, a comida era excelente e, como mencionado, a equipe foi incrível. Mais notavelmente, Eleni, gerente do restaurante, Maria, relações com clientes e garçonetes, Anna e Maria. Na verdade, chorei me despedindo dessas mulheres lindas no último dia. Sempre amigável, sorridente e prestativo. Todos vocês são um crédito total para a empresa!!! Não posso recomendar as Suites e Spa o suficiente."

"We stayed a total of 10 nights in this lovely apartment located in the heart of Tsilivi. The apartment is situated above a bakery and is a 5-minute walk to the beach. The apartment is fully equipped and spacious, with a large balcony. The apartment is cleaned every day after 11 am, and the staff is incredibly friendly. The apartment has many pros and few cons. The only downside we personally experienced was the firmness of the mattresses. Aside from that, I would definitely recommend it!"

"PRO's: - incredible view over the sea - very friendly staff, Ms. Sandra , the reception manager, was very helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable - rooms are nice sized and clean - the hotel has a small shop inside, perfect if you do not wanna leave for 'peanuts' - the beach sunbeds are very comfortable and cheap - just in front of the hotel is one of the best beaches of the island , perfect for snorkeling - the Spa is nice, small and cozy with well prepared masseuses; each day they have new spa promotions CON's: - a soundproof ceiling would be recommended for the rooms under the Lounge Bar"

"After reading a couple of the reviews I was a little bit skeptical of staying here however you defo should not be, we have just returned from staying here and it was fantastic everything you need in a hotel. We went as a couple and for us it was ideal, we stayed in a studio and it was cleaned every single day by maids who were lovely, and all the staff were super helpful and friendly. Breakfast was perfect, even tho continental some mornings you had the options of bacon and egg. Drinks were very cheap from the pool bar and there is even a swim up bar in pool, we never had any issues at all getting sun beds there aren’t many but it’s not a busy hotel so there is always some spare, even after going out for the morning we managed to get beds! Air con is a little bit pricey for the week (90 euros) however we were able to look over that because it was a lovely hotel stay, safe boxes were not expensive to hire for the week just 40 euros and they are located in the reception. The pool was lovely also . We even got lunch from the pool bar one afternoon and that was also delicious and very reasonable."

"Quarto confortável, com uma bela vista do mar. Resort grande com espaço insuficiente de espreguiçadeiras em volta da piscina. Com isto muitos hóspedes colocam toalhas e pertences para reservá-las e só com muita sorte você consegue um lugar se resolver usar a piscina só mais tarde. Tinha também muitas crianças e adolescentes brincando na piscina, tornando o ambiente pouco tranquilo. O Buffet pode não ser uma delícia, mas tinha uma grande variedade, sendo uma boa opção para experimentar comidas diferentes e você acaba achando alguma comida que goste. Tinha várias sobremesas muito boas. A área de areia em frente do hotel tinha muita sujeira de copos e plásticos. A praia estava bem lotada também. "

"We're here now and it's lovely! The food is really tasty, lots of choice for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Everywhere is immaculate and the rooms are cleaned everyday. The bathroom is a little on the small size but hasn't affected me! The staff are so friendly and helpful. If I could add one suggestion, it would be to have some more tables around the pool in the evening, but that's it! If we are lucky enough to come back to Tsilivi again, we would book here again without hesitation."

Uma estadia fantástica exceto pela falta de espreguiçadeiras disponíveis na piscina, 3 camas constantemente ocupadas pelas 3 funcionárias que deixavam toalhas nelas o dia todo. e ir e vir quando quiserem. Não é justo para nós, hóspedes, que pagamos muito dinheiro por umas férias relaxantes, mas não podíamos usar a área da piscina. Também a falta de desrespeito da funcionária de cabelos loiros que regularmente mudava de posição na espreguiçadeira para ficar de frente para o sol e se jogava no mesmo espaço e muito perto dos hóspedes, invadindo sua privacidade seja por ficar de frente para eles ou de costas para eles. face. Surpreso que um hotel 4 estrelas permita que isso aconteça."

"My friend and I have just returned from a lovely week staying at Razis. From the moment we arrived we were greeted with a warm welcome. All of the staff were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We had a budget room, by choice, so the bathroom was a little small but that was the only thing I can think of. Great location, our room and huge balcony were at the front but noise was no problem. Good choice of food on the menu. As it was my birthday Malania arranged fresh flowers, balloons and wine in the room ☺️. Couldn't fault it and wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Thanks Lyndsey and Tracy x"
