The photos listed are not accurate. The rooms were dark and the non smoking room was at one time a smoking room. The lamps/shades, phone and curtain were very yellowed by old smoke. There was also a cigarette burn in the sheer curtains. The rooms are in a much need upgrade.
However the staff were fantastic!

The room was very clean. Very good quality for the price. Would stay here again.
Something to keep in mind- if you are planning to park and fly there is a $60 fee if you book through 3rd party websites.

Some of the furniture seemed slightly worn. The bathroom sink smelled like perm solution-not sure why. The breakfast was good. The price was great & the staff was helpful.

I reserved a room. when I arrived the staff member was unable to check me in during a reasonable time(unsure why). I was exhausted from a long day of travel, so after what seemed like an hour, I asked him to call his manager. During this same trip I had another issue with the reservation/check in process. I feel like I would have been better off just walking in and asking for a room. Is this an ******* issue?

Beds are comfortable. Rooms are decent. Customer service was great. I only gave the rooms a 4 star because they are animal friendly but things are scratched up and had to change rooms but the young lady was very nice and informed me that the rooms are pet friendly. I just feel if they make you pay a deposit for a pet then maybe they should take that deposit to fix what the pets scratch up. But other than that the rooms would have gotten a 5 star. Thanks for letting my daughter practice her clarinet for her ISSMA STATE competition.

Hotel was clean and quiet and it was completely sold out. The staff I encountered were friendly and welcoming. The rooms have been remodeled and updated. The breakfast selection was great and the staff did an excellent job of keeping it filled. On the down side, there was a snowfall the night before my arrival. When I arrived the next afternoon the parking lot was a sheet of ice. It remained that way through the next day when I checked out. Hopefully no one fell or was injured due to the extremely icy conditions. The rooms have laminate faux hardwood floor look to them. Aesthetically appealing but I had to take my shoes off in the hallway or I was tracking in sloppy wet shoes from the parking lot. With that said, I highly recommend this hotel.
