Começo pelo que foi muito bom.
Atendimento do check in(nao lembro o nome da simpatica recepcionista dia 29/11/23 as 21:00) excelente. E depois as dicas sobre vinho do Roberto(garçom). Tudo nota 10!
O hotel tem um excelente estrutura. Espetacular na verdade. Porem tem algumas coisas que precisam ser corrigidas.
- A questao do ar condicionado nao ser controlado pelo hospede, é horrivel. Hora muito quente, hora muito frio sem funcionar(estivemos fim de novembro).
- Meu quarto teve um problema, em que a central do dijuntores entrava em teste a cada pouco, e ficava apitando e fazendo barulho de liga e desliga, tornando impossivel dormir. O atendente da madrugada, tambem simpatico e atencioso, veio e me explicou como resetar, mas tiver que fazer isso umas 5 vezes na noite. Resumindo, quem dorme?
Indico...mas precisam arrumar isso.

Popilia is a truly magical place, on a gently sloping plateau, with centuries-old forests and beautiful botanical specimens. The spa is excellent, with a Kneipp path and high-quality saunas. The restaurant is very well looked after in every respect, especially the very elegant and professional service, the excellent cook and a good wine list, nothing is missing. I recommend it to everyone, great resort of excellent international standard.

CENA "SOFISTICATA" FATTA DI "PIATTI DA CHEF", AMBIENTE MOLTO RUSTICO MA ALLO STESSO TEMPO MOLTO ELEGANTE , OTTIMO PER "IMPRESSIONARE" I COMMENSALI. TUTTO MOLTO BUONO E PIACEVOLE AL PALATO, CONSIGLIAMO VIVAMENTE DI "VISITARE" QUESTO LOCALE CHE ALL'ESTERNO SPAZI VERDI INFINITI.

Our one week in Popilia this September was very relaxing. Large and beautiful pool, clean room and the surrounding grounds were very well kept. The restaurant was also very good but on the expensive side. Good breakfast especially the figs. The young fair lady at the reception was friendly and accommodating but I didn't know her name unfortunately. A very important thing is that a car is a must!

Our tour group stopped here for two nights. The pool area was closed due to a wedding. Grounds are very nice. We walked out to visit the donkeys, horse and rabbits. Room was small but the individual patios/courtyards were very nice. Would have liked brighter lighting in room and coffee/tea. Towels in bathroom were thin and worn. Breakfast in the main lobby started at 7am. Food was okay. AC worked great.

Lovely hotel, staff and a great setting with wonderful views all around. The strange thing is that the hotel doesn’t make the post of the great views. No bar with a view and the restaurant is surrounded by hedge so that is all you can see when seated. Such a shame as everything else is pretty good.

Popilia was an incredible place to stay. Eveything about the resort is amazing. The staff is incredibly friendly and was always very helpful. The rooms are comfortable and immaculately kept. The grounds are also meticulously maintianed. The pools is huge and makes you feel like you are in the Caribbean. The restaurant is also very good. If i had to give one criticism it would be to have a wider selection of food options for lunch or dinner. Otherwise 10 out of 10!!

The property is set in a beautiful pastoral area with lush gardens and wonderful views. The property, while clean and well kept, could use a little updating in the rooms/cottages.
