Cambria Hotel Pittsburgh - Downtown

Not impressed. charged extra 20 to park. no breakfast included. rooms ok nothing special.

老舊的酒店 窗子不能開 已經在洗澡了 沐浴露和洗髮水居然被鎖了？然後還要讓工作人員來開鎖洗澡？無法想象的拮据和小氣。下雨借把傘也沒有，工作人員態度一般。

They hotel itself is very nice. Although, I selected pay at property when I made the reservation, but my card was charged prior to check in. Just use caution when selecting that option. Otherwise, the room was very clean and the bed was comfortable.

Whew, where do I begin? Most of the staff was friendly. The rooms were extremely outdated, and had VISIBLE carpet stains. They don’t put garbage bags in their garbages, which is gross. They are extremely understaffed. I watched the front desk person empty towels in the pool area. A maintenance man was doing housekeeping. I walked past a garbage bag in the hallway 3 days in a row. My room key was constantly resetting. In one instance Jim Mason was at the front desk. He was helping someone check in, which I patiently waited. Once he was finished, he didn’t acknowledge me, and proceeded to help another guest that walked in, as I stood there in my bathing suit unable to access the pool. He stated I had to wait because “he had to walk away from the desk.” Which was not true at all. After going in the pool and getting help from Abdul, I wanted to ask Jim why he would completely disregard the fact that I was next to be helped? While I was speaking, he kept saying “ok, ok, ok.” Clearly not listening. I felt discriminated against, and called customer service, as he was HIGHLY unprofessional, immature, and refused to listen. If staff doesn’t believe me, they can look at their cameras. Another staff member named Debbie was equally rude. She never greeted me as I exited or entered the building. Her demeanor was cold, and bothered. I felt uncomfortable as a guest. When I checked out, I found out they charged me for parking in front of the hotel! Extremely disappointed.

The Cambria is very nice especially for downtown sporting events at PPG Arena. Very happy we chose it!

Nice place, friendly staff. Had two issues with our stay, one resolved ASAP and another not so much: 1) our heater was not working properly. Awesome guy from maintenance came, diagnosed issue which needed a several hour repair. We were moved to another room so we weren’t inconvenienced, the room was just like the one we were in. We also had our parking comped at the request of maintenance man. 2) loud music from 11pm until 1:15am from room next door. Called front desk three times during that period before the music finally stopped.

Location was great, especially if you are going to PPG arena! Service was phenomenal! The only complaint I have is the carpets were stained, room was dusty, and the shower knob broke.

Management did not take care of a security issue until 2nd complaint. Was rude about when first told about it. Will not return being this is 2nd issue we have had with this hotel

Great location and nice lobby bar/restaurant. We had issues at check in being issued a key to a room which already had people in it. Our parking fee was taken off of our bill. We were very disappointed about the spa being closed and the pool heater was also broken. This is where we stay when we go to penguins games and hope that the issues are resolved soon!
