酒店大堂設定乾淨整潔，配有咖啡和熱飲水24小時供給，服務態度很好，有求必應。尤其突出的是提供免費的早餐，且每日不重樣，可口衞生。房間大小合適，沙發陳舊且臟這點不爽，燈罩上佈滿灰塵，細節處理有待提高。衞生間台盆浴缸還蠻乾淨。

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The parking was close to the main entrance. The staff was very friendly and helpful!

Service and staff were very friendly. Basic comforts were lacking. The room did not have a couch or chair. I guess you were expected to watch television from the bed. The remote control did not work. The soap dispenser in the shower did not operate. The channel listings on the television were outdated and inaccurate. The experience was fine, but not what I am accustomed to from a Hampton Inn.

This hotel was amazing. Whitney front desk receptionist was very friendly. She waived the parking fee because we were there for a scheduled surgery the next morning at a nearby hospital. The breakfast looked amazing (even tho i couldn't eat) everything was set up very nicely. I loved that the room had full bottles sizes of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. I have a lot of hair and thick. I usually use the tiny bottles in one shower. Whitney also gave us a ring when our food order arrived to see if we wanted the gentlemen to bring it to us or come to the lobby for pick up. Very close to the hospital. Easily found and parking was easy.

Staff was amazing, so pleasant! Location is very convenient for UPitt or any of the UPMC Oakland hospitals. Room showed a bit of wear and tear, but was nicely equipped and comfortable. Shower floor could've used a good scrubbing though!

The room is not cleaned unless you stay more than 2 nights. They dont even remove the garbage after the 1st night. The staff if can be found does not disclose this unless you ask them. Staff is not very friendly. Would not stay there again
