Rebooked for another night stay since the overall conditions are still acceptable to us. No complaints for the price paid, unless you are willing to pay more for other better lodging conditions.

Love the room and layout. Very spacious and location of the hotel is very convenient - minutes walk from the Kenting Arch bus stop; 6-8mins walk to Kenting night market. Uncle at the reception desk is also very friendly. Check-in time is up to 11pm, which is great for us. Overall enjoyed our time here very much.

The B&B is a bit far from the pier. Our family of eight, including young and old, cannot rent motorcycles, so we have to hire a taxi to get there. Our room was on the ground floor and there were many plants around it, so it was expected that there would be a lot of mosquitoes and ants. But later I discovered that there were really a lot of ants in the room, on the chairs, tabletops, and even the quilt. Later I found out that there was an ant nest in the corner behind the door of the room. But the most unacceptable thing was that I suddenly saw a big cat walking out from under the bed at night. My son and I were so frightened that my father came out of the toilet in a hurry and knocked it out! The B&B provides breakfast vouchers for Mama Hong, but since we did not rent a motorcycle, it takes more than 20 minutes to walk to Mama Hong one way. Fortunately, the owner of the B&B happened to be out the next morning, so he used his car to drive us to Mama Hong to buy breakfast.

We loved staying here for 7N ! Many thanks to Alan & family who owns/manage this boutique hotel & residence. Most friendly & welcoming family. They organised our pick up transfer from train station and answered all of our questions before we arrived. We were lucky to book the upstairs larger room with a private terrace for which offers great views of Nanwan Beach/Bay (South Beach/Bay). Very convenient 3min walk to the beach and 7eleven nearby to buy milk & stuff for the fridge. Also have few restaurants around like Bossa Nova Cafe downstairs, or Pizza Rock 5min walk away and also, at the beach directly with few more options for lunch and dinner as well. Alan was great in making good recommendations and took us to Snorkeling at ”Little Bali” spot approx 10-12min drive away. He is so friendly. We will be back soon hopefully. Many thanks !

Tell the truth. The hygiene is only superficially good. The landlord's service is indeed very good. When we checked in, the air conditioning and TV were turned on in the room in advance, which also smelled good. But when I went to bed at night, I found that the quilt and sheets were very smelly and smelled very bad. It was not clear whether the previous customer had not changed them after staying. I contacted the landlord at 2 o'clock in the morning. The landlord's service was very good. He explained patiently and rushed over from home to help us change rooms. All the sheets were changed the next day and there was no smell. The location is very good, right on Kenting Street. Although there is a bar downstairs, the sound insulation is very good and you can't hear it at all.

The boss is kind and polite, and the room is clean and tidy. We chose the 2nd floor for four parents and children to have a slide (pretend to be a family with toys and soft building blocks) and the children were not bored at all! The bathroom space is large, with a large bathtub and small toys for the baby, which is quite considerate. If there is no space at the parking gate, the parking lot is not far away, about 100 meters walk. There are Quanlian and 7-11 nearby, so shopping is very convenient. The only drawback is that I don't know which room takes a shower at 2:20 in the middle of the night. It takes 40 minutes to take a shower. It's almost 3 o'clock. I couldn't sleep at all, the water pipes drained and gurgled non-stop! (There is no set time for washing, but how could someone be so self-conscious about washing for so long?!) The problem is not the business owner but the tenant! For parents with children, this room is great! ! !

The location of the homestay is located in Nanwan, with convenient transportation, opposite the paid parking lot, the room is clean and comfortable, the bathroom is dry and wet, the boss is kind and professional, and the accommodation experience is very good.

The bar atmosphere at night can! Just a little need to review, the next morning about 6 o'clock in my room suddenly no electricity (outside the stairs light fish tank to help have electricity), this situation should be jumping electricity, immediately called but no one has responded, go downstairs to find someone to help find the staff on the first floor woke up because her room also jumping electricity, I think since she knows that my room jump should help me deal with it immediately ⋯ The switch should be reopened very quickly, and then I went back to the room to wait for the electricity, but, there is no notice at all, so about no electricity, no air conditioning, super hot for nearly an hour, it is uncomfortable enough! When I checked out, no one gave me any explanation or explanation of this situation. I was not asked to refund the electricity fee or compensation for an hour when my sleep was affected. But the store pretended that nothing happened to make me feel that the service is not ok! No air conditioning during the summer vacation is hot, how to sleep!

Walking 50 meters across from the B&B is the sandy beach shore. Enjoying the scenery and playing in the water is a quiet and intimate environment (there is no lifeguard, so be careful when playing in the water). The B&B facilities are very tropical. The third and fourth floors face the sea and are very relaxing. The proprietress is very kind in providing service and answering questions, which is very convenient for tourists who come to Kenting for the first time. . The accommodation is worth it. .

The breakfast is delicious, and the boss makes different breakfasts every day. The location is convenient, just a five-minute walk to Kenting Main Street, the interior design is distinctive, and the room is clean and comfortable.
