Was very impressed with the service staff, room conditions and the daily complimentary breakfast. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for good value...
Definitely one of the best accommodations I have stayed at in Southern Alberta. Will stay here again.

Nice stay, newly removated place. Breakfasg was hot and fresh. Found everything we were needing for our stay. The lady that checked us in was very nice and professional as well. Would recommend this place to others as well.

Stayed there 2 nights to explore Waterton Lake park.
Rooms are small but have been upgraded and there was not one dirty area or bugs. Immaculate!! We stayed in a 2 queen bedroom. They are still upgrading the outside of the property, including replacing the outside carpet on the upper floors. If you want to be on room level, you should ask ahead of time for that room, otherwise all entrances are outside and there is no elevator to second floor. They are able to help you move your luggage. The breakfast was very delicious and clean service area. Don't let the outside of the hotel judge what you find inside, including the friendly staff.

Pros: it is very clean, rooms have been renovated recently, staff is nice, the free breakfast was decent.
Cons: The fridge makes almost like an alarm sound randomly, backs onto a trailer park, not really anywhere to walk around it-we had dogs, air conditioning shut on and off throughout the night, you pay first-we didn’t end up staying the second night and still paid the full fee and pet fee. Thought we’d at least get a break on the pet fee. Also no one asked why, if we enjoyed our stay etc just give back the keys etc.
