"My experience was terrible from beginning to end. First, we paid for the most expensive room for the best view. Upon arrival, the view was obstructed on one side due to ongoing renovations (this is not disclosed when booking the room), and the left side will remain blocked for an extended period. We were woken up in the morning by construction noise. There is absolutely NO COMFORT during this renovation period. Be cautious at check-out. They constantly try to extract extra money from guests. It was raining and it took us a few minutes to reach reception, yet they added an €80 charge to our bill. When we disputed it, staff replied, “I don’t care, call the police if you have a problem,” while mocking us. They stated we could not leave until we paid in full immediately. They allowed other guests to leave but monitored us specifically. When we explained we did not receive the view we paid for, they again said, “I don’t care.” I regularly stay at luxury hotels and have never experienced such humiliation. This property offers zero luxury, has terrible customer service, and misrepresents its product."

The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the hotel offered a variety of kid-friendly activities, from a play area to a fun pool. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, providing toys and treats for the little ones. There’s also a kid-friendly menu in the restaurant, and the location is ideal, close to family attractions. We felt so welcomed, and our kids were entertained the whole time. Highly recommend for families looking for an stress-free stay!"

"Fomos uma família, tudo o que dizem é absolutamente verdade, os departamentos são velhos, sujos e não são mantidos, pagam caro para o que é, o único bom é que estão atrás do McDonalds, outra coisa boa não tem, esta para demolir e fazer outro, coloque as pilhas e pare de enganar as pessoas, faço esta opinião para ver se arranjam esse lugar os proprietários ou se oferecem como um albergue e cobrem de acordo com a qualidade do alojamento"
