I was stay with royal kingdom resort that was amazing experience. Food is amazing Restaurant staff are very friendly Special thanks to the front office team they full filled our needs immediately and they feel me like my home. Very talented staff 👏 👍

What an epic FAILURE RESORT Fellow travellers, please beware, it’s a scam running in the name of THE ROYAL KINGDOM RESORT. Attached herewith are the photographs of booking done from 27-30th of March 2024 for a couple. Upon reaching the property, we were provided a substandard category room with no basic feature despite intimations of me carrying my insulin pouch and I require a refrigerator in the room, then we were asked to book deluxe category room with fridge in it, we obliged and transferred an amount of ₹8000/- to M/s Sahota account. Now, post traumatising check in experience, despite deposit of advance, we were made to wait for 4 hours. Then were provided with a room consisting refrigerator. Further, after returning from tiger safari, we did our breakfast which’s of equally low quality and exorbitantly high prices. We came to our room no. 502. Aroun 12:40 pm we were called upon by Mr. Giriraj Yadav of Hotels reception stating when are we going to check out today?????? It felt we were shown the road. I replied to him that the booking was for 3 nights, he in turn said NO Mr., I do not have any rooms here, either choose the sub category room, or leave. I argued that had this been the case, should have told me earlier. However, fearing the last 2 nights trauma, like no drinking water, food served was cold and stale, No female staff(perhaps because they fear for life too) compelled us to think of our further safety and we, me and wife decided to immediately pack bags and leave for our hometown. And here we are, thrown out politely, rooms sold at thrice their price, Mr. Greed raj Yadav, ***** with his staff, grinning and laughing at our helplessness. This, finally the scores are: Safety: * Location: **** Feature of property: only a swimming pool and adulterated wine served.( Bar) they call it. For couples: 👎 Rooms in Block B on second floor are only saving grace. Rooms besides coffee house are glorified servant quarters. Total rating: * ( that too because the property has potential.) Staff: discourteous and greedy. Owners: Sleeping per***ently Ladies: Just pray to be safe. 🙏 Worst Hospitallity, Greed personified!! More S*it to you 👍

I am a New Zealand tourist who travelled with mother to Northern India for a wedding and we booked in for 6 nights at Royal Kingdom in Pilibhit. We selected this hotel as a food destination to base ourselves, so we could see the area and be part of the wedding celebrations which were held about 20 km from Royal Kingdom. The hotel is the best around for miles. You are rurally isolated so ensure you have a car handy. ( the hotel arranged a taxi service for us which was amazingly helpful as we were not prepared for this ) The grounds were immaculate and the rooms in our wing enormous. The staff were all friendly and so helpful. I want to highlight the hotel ***ager Mr Girraj, and the restaurant/ bar staff Raj Kamal, Harish, Pushpinder and ***oj. They were incredibly polite, providing excellent service and made our stay absolutely wonderful. Nothing was a problem. We did experience a hot water issue the first morning however they fixed that immediately. I know the monkeys are a pest but they add to the charm. Be prepared for wedding celebrations. As foreigners we were thrilled to see the decorations and celebrations happening however I can appreciate that this would not be for everyone’s liking . The hotel also helped us arrange a tiger tour. Would definitely stay again if I could ! Highly recommend.

It is an amazing place with great food and service. Best value around..staff was super helpful and always made it seem easy. We went on a bike ride and were given the royal trea**ent. We plan to visit again soon.

This was my second stay at this resort and i must admit this is by far the most pleasant resort i have come across in our area,special mention o food which was delicious and well prepared,to all those looking for a peaceful and warm stay near a pure and pristine condition should consider this resort.Mr Rakesh (***ager) made extra effort to make us comfortable and also made sure our stay was memorable.

stressful stay they show us images of one room , took payment for the higher category and gave us base category rooms the rooms had no hand towels, no hot water, they switch off light in the night, switched on once we called, the hotel doesn't have a portico. you have to park your car n walk to lobby . the front office staff was the worst, they were clueless, especially the ***ager sort of guy . knew nothing about they own hotel and facilities . food was bad , over spiced ,

I spent an evening at the Royal Kingdom whilst traveling on business. The room was great - even though not quite finished. It's a new extension (room 501) - I think the last few bits are being completed in and around bookings. The room is comfortable - the food a new experience for me (not sure how locals rate the quality but I liked it) I spend a little time in the bar soaking up the experience of the weddings in the garden which I was made to feel welcome at - and the colour and spectacle wend on until 2 am. The band and celebrations going well into the night may not be to everyone's liking - but they are getting married so we'll give them a break. One little trick is they have a slightly concave mirror as you leave the room which makes you shed 5kg weight. A very good trick for brides and grooms as it makes you feel you look your best! A tremendous experience!

I made a prepayment by bank, which has been sent successful but this hotel says 'something went wrong our bank will do an automatic refund' I'm waiting already 2 months for my money to get back, and this hotel is doing NOTHING to help me. They only say that the financial depar**ent will have a look, by phone they say 'sorry sorry, will come back to you tomorrow'. But they do not take any action to help me. This is disrespectful and not acceptable at all. Don't go here!!!! Almost every day I’m sending emails or having a phone call, and still the same answers ‘sorry sorry’. Stop saying sorry do take ACTION! It is not that difficult to send money these days…
