My lower expectations from the bargain price were pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness and quality, and room was even preheated in the winter. Extensive hot breakfast was great! Very good value and I will stay again.

There was an Arctic blast that close the road getting into Pigeon Forge. I tried repeatedly to contact the manager and was always put off. ******* contacted this hotel three times, and they did agree that the roads had been closed, but they would not give a cancellation or let me change the reservation. The agent agreed with me that they were very unprofessional, and I would never ever consider staying at this hotel. Unprofessional. No Customer Service. No communication. And one of the front desk clerks did admit to ******* that the roads had been closed. Money grab from you nowhere!

Enjoyed being on the Little Pigeon River, and the parking ramp was nice to have since it was raining. Perfect for walking to many places and the room was pleasant and clean. For being an older hotel, it was a nice place to stay for the night.

Room was quiet and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Nice view from 5th floor. Close to places to eat and shop.

The hotel was great! The guy at check in was very friendly, free hot breakfast was nice and the big porch overlooking the river was very relaxing! The reason I didn’t give a 5 star review is because the bed definitely needs a better mattress, it was not comfortable at all. It was hard to get any rest. If the beds were more comfortable, I would stay here every visit!

Clean property and rooms, very quiet and conveniently located right on the main pigeon forge *****. Love the indoor and outdoor pool. The balconies were a great addition as well. Can even swim in the creek behind the property lol. Have stayed here many times and will stay again.
