Park Tower Inn

My husband was bitten by something during the night, so we are now going to have to take a trip to the ER because it is not getting any better.. Also, the pool area was closed but this was not advertised on the website.

Took me TWO HOURS to check in due to a RUDE FRONT DESK CLERK who accused me of lying about booking, was EXTREMELY rude and treated ALL GUESTS badly. I booked this room due to the “indoor HEATED pool and lazy river” which was NOT heated it was ICE COLD, there was NO WIFI even though it also advertised FREE WIFI, there was TWO elevators operational in the whole building. As soon as I walked into my room after FINALLY getting checked in the first thing I saw was a ROACH on the wall. The “Jacuzzi tub” didn’t work so it was basically just a big bath tub but thankfully it was warm because my son had to “swim” in it since the pool was FREEZING. The ONLY good part about this whole trip was the bed being comfy but there were only THREE pillows for TWO guests.

Took an hour just to get checked in. Hotel is nasty. Room stinks. Pool and hot tub dirty and freezing cold. No one at front desk would answer phone.

Nothing nothing worked heated pool not heated hot tub not working. Do not recommend this place at all theres a reason it was cheap priced

We did not even end up staying here. We had to get a new room it was so gross. The pool was too cold and nasty

This was possibly our worst experience in Pigeon Forge. We stayed at Park Tower 18 months ago and they were “under remodel.” Came in late Friday night and the lobby was bare except for one advertisement stand, a card board cut out of Dolly Parton and paint splatters and construction dust all over the floor. We check in and are told it will be an additional $120 dollars for “cleaning and maintenance deposit.” That money has been a complete waste. We were given a room on the 6th floor. We were greeted as we stepped off the elevator by the scent of Fresh Paint….and pot. We get in the room to discover the paint smell and more construction dust on the floors. Walked in the bathroom to a toilet with dried urine on the sides. Bathroom was covered in paint splatters and dust. Was still excited because we had the indoor pool and lazy river. On Saturday “construction” began promptly at 6:00 am. Saturday afternoon we went to get in the pool and it was a BALMY 45 degrees in the room and even colder in the water. No heaters in the pool or lazy river. Hot tub to the rescue…but, it was even colder. The “Fitness Room” was not accessible due to construction. The game room features a bowed, bar-size pool table. I 100/10 do NOT recommend. This is not the same place it was under American Management 18 months ago.

No heated pool, hot tub did not work. Absolutely filthy and terrible service. Immediately checked out after check in no manager was there to assist with service. Very disappointing

The moment you walk in the door, it’s beautiful. The room was perfect. I loved having a balcony. The unfortunate part is, the balconies connect so not really any privacy. Otherwise, I really enjoyed staying here.

We had an awful experience, our room had nails/screws all over floor. We went to see the pool and the spa was drained and there were screws in the pool and the pool was open! I understand your remodeling but either keep rooms safe and pool safe or close it. We left and stayed somewhere else! Do not recommend!!
