"Very bad. The worst experience staying in a room priced at 500+ baht that I have ever encountered. The room was as small as a mouse hole. The 1st floor looked unfinished. The bathroom was on the 3rd floor, but the room was on the 4th floor. I asked to move to a new room, paid an additional 500+ and they wouldn't let me see the room first. I couldn't get a refund. The new room was very big, but !!!!!!!!! The bathroom could be opened from outside. The security was 0. It was extremely quiet and eerie, but I could hear walking all the time.
