"1. The parking lot is incredibly stingy. Two large cars are enough to fill it up; otherwise, you have to double-park. 2. Don't even call it a hotel; a motel is better than this. 3. Only Burmese people are there, all in civilian clothes; you can't tell who's who. 4. Where are the security guards? Where's the security? 5. The rooms don't have secure locks. Anyone with a spare key can get in. There was a case where a housekeeper unlocked a customer's room without permission! 6. They seem stingy. Judging from the building, they haven't invested in it at all. 7. It's very dark, the floor is rough, and you have to take off your shoes at the very bottom. 8. They should provide slippers. 9. It's been open for almost a decade! Where's the change? It'll go bankrupt soon. A terrible business with a cowardly owner who lets employees handle everything. 10. Slow response times to messages, sometimes they read or don't reply, sometimes they just ignore messages. 11. The rooms are old and don't look like the pictures. It's confusing. 12. What kind of Japanese style is this? It looks like a slum in Klong Toey. 13. There are tons of mosquitoes. The room lighting is dim and dark. The air conditioning doesn't work, and the TV keeps breaking. 14. The Burmese people are incredibly noisy when they walk past the rooms. 15. The rooms are not soundproof at all; the walls are of poor quality. 16. They like to overcharge; think carefully before booking. They'll list one thing and then charge you an exorbitant price, you won't get your money back! 17. Check-in is at 3 PM. Checking in earlier costs 100 baht per hour. Is this a scam? 18. The front entrance is accessible to everyone; there's no key card system."
