Hotel are beautiful with excellent staff service including the spa & massage area. Breakfast spread was good. Everyday there were different cuisine including halal food. The only thing that there were no nearby 7 Eleven, pharmacy and street food. Kalim beach were 10mins away with Grab or tuk tuk. Kids friendly

Stayed for 4 nigths and im giving a high rating because of the staff and the amazing view in our room. Sky Suite room is a must. The view is amazing plus you get to have your own private pool. Rooms are clean however mosquitoes and fireflies are everywhere. Do come with mosquito patches and repellent. Those with mobility problems shouldn't book this hotel as you have to climb up stairs to reach your room . They do have rooms that's accessible but not sure though if there's a good sea view in there. Shuttles are always accessible and all you need to do is to call for pick up and they'll be there in matter of minutes. This hotel is a short 15 mins drive to Patong Beach. Hotel provides free shuttle to and from the beach. There's a lot of eating places just outside the hotel but you need to prepare to walk for about 5 to 10 mins. Breakfast is decent and have good spread. They cater to local and international guests. There are 2 public pools that guests can use. Most of the guests don't use it as they are all probably swimming in their private pool. All the staff are warm and accommodating. This is the best part of our stay here- The friendly and kind staff. Will I recommend this hotel? Yes Will I come back ? Probably not. For the reason that I would like to try to stay in another hotel..

Probably the best stay we had across Asia. The hotel was very quiet, rooms are spacious and clean. very friendly and helpful staff not annoying and they understood English ” that was important as we had stayed at more luxurious hotels where room service couldn't comprehend us” Food was more than great we were planning to eat outside hotel but honestly, once we tried eating at the hotel we got hooked up. we enjoyed the happy hour. we even spent few time in the library where we also found they have few games like jenga.. everall best stay and I was looking forward to book for another vacation but seems its temporarily close so will be waiting for reopening soon. One little note as its a beach and natural trees so expect mosquitos and similar bugs but that's normal given the location right on the water & greens so cannot complain

The hotel was a nice concept, the room size was nice with sufficient amenities. The pool was very cold as no sun gets to it and so didn't use it as much, would be good if there was a heating function in the pool. There were a few things broken around the room and hotel does need a revamp as things have started to look old and bit overused. The taps in the bathrooms are not great as they slowly sprinkle out water. To get to your room from ground lobby you need to wait for a car to take you there unless you're willing to walk 20mins up a hill. The view from the pool was sadly blocked by the roofs of the villas in front, when we booked the room, we just chose an ocean view room but was majorly blocked by the roofs in front. Best to get a scooter if you wish to travel into the beach stretch often as taxis can get expensive. The hotel does provide a shuttle bus (50THB each way) but stops after 8pm.

Firstly, this hotel is NOT a resort. The word ”Resort” is used without much context when describing hotels in Phuket. If you are planning a retreat and seek resort amenities please do thorough research on the hotel first. This hotel has no 24 hour room service, reception or international movie channels- which are basic amenities of a ”Resort”. I also had concerns with the lack of chlorine in the pool, I did not see anyone testing the water while I was there. The location is isolated from shops, cafes, bars or any amenities. It's also too far to walk to any amenities, there is also no safe footpath to attempt this- You literally have to walk on a main road just to get to a 7-11. Which would not have been as much of an issue if this hotel actually provided some ”Resort” amenities. Some Pros: As the hotel is located on a massive hill, so if you book a room with a view you will be treated every morning and evening with a view. There are also rooms with direct pool access. The rooms are also very spacious and the staff are extremely caring and will go out their way to ensure your stay is pleasant. In summary if they dropped the word ”Resort” from their name it would set a more realistic expectation and allow them to compete more fairly in the category they are actually in.

GOOD: 1) The highlight of the hotel is there is a 24 hour snooker room, it is free of charge, except 2 set of snooker tables, there is also a table soccer there, it is very impressive and rare. The swimming pool / squash room / gym room / library are also 24 hour & free, you can directly go to enjoy and even do not need any reservation. 2) Have to mention the breakfast, I would say it's world class, many choices for you including Thai, Chinese even indian food, you can even have ice cream & Thai fruit shake for free, I would say you can even consider it as a lunch. 3) free shuttle buses transfer from hotel & Patong town center (every 15 mins) until 8:30pm everyday. BAD: 1) check in is slow, the communication of the staff needs to be improved. 2)There is a local tour registration desk in the lobby, the staff there would make a call to you in early morning to sell you their tour, which will disturb you. 3)one day at about 6:00am when we were still deeply sleeping, someone(suspected a staff) pushed the doorbell, then the TV auto started itself, it was very scary. 4)They did not do housekeeping & daily necessities in the afternoon, even though you had turn on the housekeeping indicator ligh.

I have just checked in but decided to write something about it, TO SAVE THE NEXT VICTIM!!!! We booked from Hotels.com, where this hotel identifies itself as ”patog beach kalim hotel (See Sea Villa)”. We couldn't find it on the way here by searching ”patong beacb hotel”... When we arrived, NO ONE was at the reception desk, not to mention luggage carrying service... We waited for ten minutes until someone appeared... We booked a roof top room with a swimming pool 42 squared meters, but was given a tiny room without anytime...we presented the booking confirmation with all the room details including room size and photos, but the hotel manager insisted that the photos are random ones and that we should call hotel.com...we are still arguing with the manager....it has been one hour... Also, there is no lift... The room doesn't provide soap.... The prperty is on a main road, noisy & loud as hell... The property smells interesting...

The location is good as your situated just outside of the hustle and bustle. It would be worth renting a scooter as taxis can amount to a lot. The pool is clean and generally not busy, as it’s a Muslim hotel no alcohol is served but a 711 is next door to buy from. Staff are friendly, polite and are willing to help with everything.

Staffs are friendly . My son likes the fun pool alot . Room with jacuzzi is great . Breakfast spread is nice . Hotel is great especially one of the buggy staff , dint manage to ask for his name but he is most friendly and funny . Just one issue for room : ants can be seen crawling everywhere. Even no food around . We still have to throw containers of food at level one to prevent more ants to room . I extended one more day and Counter staff did not inform that we have to go to counter to renew the check in card . We only realized after we tried tapping card to room after a long day . We have to then walk back to check in counter to enquire . And the staff didn’t explain what happen til I ask . Staff did not apologize too .

I recently had the opportunity to extend my stay at Thavorn Beach Village Resort and Spa Phuket due to a missed flight, and I must say it turned out to be a delightful experience. The hotel staff was extremely helpful in accommodating our last-minute request for an extra night, ensuring a seamless transition to a new room. Although our new room was located further up the hill, away from the beach, it was a luxurious haven. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities one would expect from a high-end resort. The panoramic views from the room were stunning, making up for the slight inconvenience of having to take a slow-moving roller coaster car to the lobby area. Speaking of the facilities, I can confidently say that they are nothing short of excellent. The resort boasts an array of amenities catering to various interests and preferences. Whether it was lounging by the pool, indulging in spa treatments, or taking part in the recreational activities offered, there was never a dull moment during our stay. One aspect that truly stood out during our extended stay was the exceptional service provided by the staff. They were warm, friendly, and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. From assisting us with our luggage during the room change to offering helpful suggestions for local attractions, their attentiveness and professionalism were commendable. The hotel is like a 20 min walk to the beach but they have shuttle cars every 30 mins until 8:30. Very nice hotel, my only but would be how clean it can be. The sheets in my room smells like sweat from someone who uses a lot of cologne. They changed them very fast and with no fight. Next day we went to the gym and all the curls and machines are super sticky and they smell sooo bad, even the treadmill looks like the pic below.

A beautiful environment, good location, convenient transportation, health and comfortable room, staff is very enthusiastic, willing to provide assistance, rich breakfast. Facilities very user-friendly, high-speed network signal good, good scenery outside the window. There are special turndown service, room small ornaments design is also very unique.
