The room is clean and great for business purpose. Location is quite far out, restaurant waitress are not the friendliest, quite rude. We didn't ask for the bill, but they sent us a bill out of nowhere while we were having a lunch meeting, asked to come back in 10 minutes time but she just stood right next us. Other than that, everything is great.

Repeated stay. The allocated room is very noisy till midnight as there are loud music playing all the time. The cleanness of the room needs to improved and toilet paper, face tissue are not replenished. There is no face tower given on one day during the stay period. Good location, reception staffs are very attentive and helpful. Breakfast is not bad. The swimming pool water is a little bit dirty. Overall we have a good stay.

Was moved to this hotel when our pre-booked hotel canceled on us , I agreed on the principal that the same requests were met as the original booking , IE, kitchen separate bedroom private pool, However when it came to the booking although this hotel was double the price I originally paid none of the amenities were met. Trip.cim representative seemed to think providing a more expensive place to stay would compensate however not the case , everything in this hotel was 3-4 times the price of walking out to the local shops , Sure the pool was big clean and good , however we felt trapped and unable to enjoy this place as we are not millionaires who can pay £240 per night for the amenities we had booked having booked for 4 nights . So overall it may be a good hotel for those who want this but not for us therefore the review is irrelevant Did not want to stay in this area so busy , so loud and so expensive even going to local restraunts to make up for not being able to cook for ourselves was 3 times the price as not being in patong

Beautiful hotel located by a private beach amid lush gardens. The setting is stunning with an incredible swimming pool, clean private beach and swim up bar. Breakfast had great choices for everyone. The hotel is about 20 minutes taxi journey to Patong Town and there is very little in walking distance from the hotel, which makes it ideal for families or those wanting a quiet get away, yet shops and nightlife are still only a short journey away. Staff were kind and helpful throughout our stay. I hope that I have chance to return.

The hotel is well suited for travelers. They have 1h flexibility for the late checkout but you can use the pool afterwards and they provide a room for a late shower. The beach of the National Park is nearby (800m) and is very beautiful. The rooms are functional and well equipped. We had a family suite over 2 levels. The staff was friendly to help us with all needed items. The WiFi is strong. The breakfast was simple and delicious. They had a coffee machine. Dinner was also okay there. They provide free of charge shuttle service to the airport. Overall we can recommend that hotel when you arrive or leave Phuket.

The hotel location is excellent, but the room cleaning service is bad. I did not find a toothbrush and asked them for it. They brought one for us, and they did not renew it for the rest of the days. The sheets were not changed.  Thank you

Great location to everything like food, beach, shopping and nightlife. Hotel gets clean everyday. Photos are taken from my room at the 11 floor and I think it’s goes up to 23.

From the front desk, cleaning staffs and restaurant servers all did their best and made me and my wife feeling comfortable as we spent our wedding anniversary weekend there. Location is very good with beach right in front, many souvenir shops, massage shop, drinking places and restaurants to try. Room is a bit dated but it is big enough and clean for our stay. Breakfast options is good enough, from Thai, Chinese, Indian and Western to eat. Servers there were all helpful and cooks kept replenishing them dishes. Pool were so full most times too, when in the room you can sometimes hear our neighbours if they moan loudly or closes the room doors. Overall it is good place to stay and great for families.
