Hotel is old but upgrated/renovated in 2021. Very comfortable bed and spaces room. Cleanliness need to improve in the room specially the bathroom. Love the fully equip gym here, clean and no smell. What I love most here is the hotel staff. They really make us feel like home here......so so warm,helpful and welcoming. Special thanks to the front desk Mai, Bus, New, Poppy and Juliet. Bellhop/security Peek, Plong, Arm and Dom. The manager Miss Moss also very helpful and friendly. Hotel is so lucky to have them.

Stayed here for 2 nights, the check in process is very fast and my room was ready just right in time. Maimoon is the best! She helped me all the way! The room itself have enough space and the view at night is very stunning. The rooftop bar is soooo cozy. The breakfast is superb all food are warm. I had a problem on my last night the electricity suddenly shut down, as I informed reception since it’s very late night I expect to have some delay however I didn’t wait that long engineer arrived and told me that cannot be fixed after 5 mins HK and even FO staff helped me to change the room. I wasn’t able to get their names since it’s late night. Overall I had the best experience and will surely comeback!

This hotel requires a lot of improvements. That being said, we spent more time out then using the facilities. Check in process: We arrived at 12:30pm, asked if we could check in earlier which they advised it won’t be ready for 40mins. We came back 40mins later after having our welcome drink (which was purple dyed coconut water in a martini glass). He said it won’t be ready for an hour so we left the hotel to walk about. It’s now 14:10 (check in time is 14:00 so you’d think it would be ready), we were told to wait another 20mins. We finally checked in at 14:30. Food: We only had breakfast at the Hotel as we were so close to Old Town, it didn’t make sense to eat at the hotel and there’s a 7/11 near by for snacks. Breakfast was not great. Food was bland, options were very limited. My husband and I didn’t eat much, we were only there to make sure our kids could eat a bit of fruits and pastries. House keeping: They do not sweep, we know this because our son would bring croissant back and the crumbs were still there after they’ve come in to replenish our towels. Reception: They were lovely and informative. Most of the above feedback were out of their control. Swimming Pool: The pool beds looked and felt a bit out dated, I have stayed in 4 star hotels in Phuket that were in better conditions than this 5 star hotel. That being said my kids still had a lot of fun in them. Location: Not walking distance from Old Town but close enough that the taxi’s only cost up 150baht each way. I’ll unlikely stay here again nor would I recommend the hotel to our friends and family. It was ok but not great.

We were satisfied with our room in this hotel: - the room was clean and got cleaned every day - there's a fridge in the room and you get a small bottle of water every day - it's near the city center of Phuket Town (around 15 minutes on foot) but you don't hear the traffic in the center (there were some roosters next to the hotel, and they were pretty loud and active from around 5 am, but I guess this was something temporary because nobody else wrote about them :D) - you can climb the Khao Rang viewpoint before the peek tourist hours (it takes around 10-15 minutes to the top) There are no real negative parts to this room, but just in an fyi sort of way - we booked a room with a balcony and although the balcony was there, it's not really a sort of a place to sit in and relax, which we thought it would be (you enter it through a window, it's pretty small and tight). The other thing is that we needed transport to the Rassada Pier early one morning and the hotel has or can organize this transport - but the price we were told was pretty high (700 baht!), which is pretty strange considering that even the regular-taxi-mafia charged less than this. I wouldn't mind staying here again, but mainly since my boyfriend and I aren't drivers and couldn't rent a scooter, next time I would probably search for accommodation closer to the bus station because this would make it easier to travel to other parts of the island with public transport and avoid taxis as much as possible.

But then bad start very good. We booked a normal room. Unfortunately, we were first brought into a room in which apparently a short time before was a water damage. It smelled insupportable muffy and many of the furniture were cool. I asked for another room and got it next to it. That was not really better, but it smells less bad. After a bad night at the smell and noise of the street we asked again for a new room and I proposed an upgrade. We could then eventually move to a quiet and renovated room. This room was very wonderful. I recommend therefore just booking a little better room. The location of the hotel is good. At foot you reach the old town and everything you needed. The style of the hotel is very beautiful. The staff friendly. Breakfast I would probably not book for it even in the night. It is not a buffet but a pre-order dish with two drinks that is brought to the room. The Thai dishes are good and rich. The American is made of a (!) untoasted dish toast. Last night we had a fire alarm in the middle of the night because a person smoked in her room. It quickly dissolved that it was nothing dangerous. However, it was not excused with a word. I found it very bad. In principle I would book it again but just a better and quiet room and without breakfast.

The owner is a freelancing architect and he designed this place pretty well. It is functional and good looking. The owner gave me some tips, which places to visit, how to get around. He can also help to book trips on discount prices. You can get a breakfast with an unlimited quantity of food. The only thing that I didn't like was that the bunk beds were pretty hard. Besides that everything was great.

Generally speaking, it is suitable for one person or two people with little luggage. 1. Positive evaluation (1) About the hotel itself 1. (Very critical) The location is very good: 150 meters from the Shuangtiao bus terminal, and dozens of meters next to the old street. 2. There is a small shop nearby, although there is no convenience store. 3. The hot water for bathing in the public bathroom is strong, and the nozzle can be taken off and held in the hand to promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis in different parts of the body. 4. Although it is a shared bathroom, there are many, so there should be no queues. Even if there are many people, the solution can be the same as me. After shopping at the night market at 8 o'clock, I will wash it and avoid the peak. 5. Good English at the front desk. (2) About 5 rooms 1. This location, internal and external environment, the price of 113 yuan is not expensive. 2. The decoration is stylish, bright and fresh. 3. Quiet: The only sound on the street that can be heard in this room is the sound of motorcycles, but it is significantly smaller and does not affect sleep. 4. The air conditioner is quiet, and the remote control does not need to be taken off, and it can be directly hung on the wall and pressed. 5. There are more sockets. 6. Wifi is powerful, you can connect to your laptop and mobile phone at the same time, and you don’t need to re-authenticate when you come back. 7. The bed is really big. 8. One area is a hotel, in a small alley; the other area is a youth hostel, by the road. 3. Do not choose room 6 because the top of the window is the outdoor unit of the 5/6 room air conditioner, and it is also close to the public bathroom, which is probably noisy. (2) About 5 rooms (The following are minor problems. The room is cheap and belongs to the special room. These problems are acceptable.) 1. Small area: 15 square meters, enough for one person. If it is a husband and wife, then a little tight. Unlike other hotels, there are a lot of space for things (such as the space under the bedside table), which greatly expands the use of space. In fact, you can add one or two wooden horizontal boards on the wall to let people put things on. 2. This room type does not have a balcony and has windows, but the outside of the window is actually an indoor, specifically a narrow passage between two rooms (on one side is a wall), so the ventilation is not good, and the clothes will not dry overnight. 3. Do not open the window at night, otherwise the sound of washing in the public bathroom in the morning will wake you up. 4. The chair does not have a backrest, so it is not suitable for laptops like me. 5. There is no place to hang bath towels after taking a bath. I can only remove the hanger on the wall and hang bath towels.

This hotel is in a great location, near numerous bars and eateries, and walking distance to the weekend markets, which sells amazing food at amazing prices. To be fair we walked past numerous other modern looking guesthouses, to and from this less than average abode. Firstly, on arrival, at the less than welcoming receptionist, we were ushered within seconds of arrival towards a stiarcase, we had 2 large bags and 2 small/light bags, i took 3 of the bags, my tiny thai girlfriend took another as the rece[tionist lead us up the stairs waiting on us as we struggled with the bags, Not a smile, not an offer of help, nothing except a sullen, hurry up look on her face. Far from a great start, we entered the melting hot room, got handed the key and away she went. Straight away i noticed a hole and a dirty stain on the sheets. I reluctantly returned to the receptionist to explain, after an eye rolling exercise, she came to the room and took a photo, advised us the maid had gone home and it would be fixed the next day, i asked for another room and got the typical thai respnse , oh we are fully booked. Anyway ill wait and see if this gets done. The rooms have the typically tiny bar fridge stacked with all the expensive stuff nobody ever buys, leaving no room for your own items. The tv channels are numerous but hardly any english channels, and half of them dont work anyway. Ironically with a fridge full of drinks for purchase, this place fails to even provide a drinking glass. No drinking facilities whatsoever in fact, not even a kettle? There is one plug beside the one bedside table that you can use to charge stuff. The toilet roll holder came crashing off the wall on our first time of use. The carpet is paper thin and isn't even stuck to the concrete floor, it is seriously raised in some parts causing e genuine tripping hazard. I havent had a shower yet, but it looks less than inviting. On a positive note, the wifi is strong and the air conditioning very good. I am aware this place was cheap, but i at least expect the bare minimum in hospitality and amenities, this hotel has failed on both counts. I wont return, and i am considering getting a refund from expedia, for the next 2 nights i have booked.

The hotel was very nice, clean and in general beautiful. The rooms were nice and the ambience was quite good. The hotel is situated right in the middle of the old town and most of the attractions and restaurants are close by. Everything was so good. For me the best thing was smart tv in the room 😁. After a long day of sightseeing and travel you can come back to the room and connect the tv to your phone and watch whatever you want! 100% staying again. One drawback might be non availablity of elevators but it was manageable.

We stayed 2 days in this hostel. We took the best room (the family one) No one at the reception when we wanted to check in! We had to wait 20 minutes to see someone who don t speak english.. she called the owner who just speak buy phone.. she was rude and din t listen to any question.. just pay and go! In fact we understood that she has villas to rent and she realy don't care about her guest house. Don t expect any service / advice or anything from them! (Can we change the towel - NO / Can we give a call 1 minute to confirm a boat booking - NO / can we print one paper - NO / where can i find a restaurant at this time (9pm) - I don't Know.. 🤯 So much nicer place in the same street. I don t know how they can be hilighted on some booking agency. This place is terrible! Very noisy room(windows doesn t close completly) and the worst service i have seen!

Pleasant stay even if only for one night! It is located in the center of Old Phuket Town, a very nice town. Just 3 km from Monkey Hill and very convenient due to the bus stop just a ten minute walk away (convenient to reach the beaches of Phuket). Helpful staff and welcoming location.

People who have traveled a lot of Phuket must have heard of it at least once. Phuket Town or Old Town. The location of this hotel will help you a lot when you travel to Phuket Town. Located in the middle of the mainstream, this hotel has rooms that are not bad for the price. It's small, but there's a pool! You can enjoy the Phuket Town Indie Market on Sunday, CNY events like these days, and walk safely while a little drunk. And the staff are really kind and considerate. For example, I was going to check out at noon today and catch the 10 p.m. flight. I'm so sorry it will be a long time, but when I asked them if they could keep my luggage, they said with a big smile, 'No problem! Have a good day and we will see you in the evening!' I was touched that they were so kind. If I have to stay in the old town next time I come to Phuket, I will choose this hotel without hesitation. Wouldn't be such a bad choice for you either!
