I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the level of service I received during my recent stay at your resort. I am extremely dissatisfied with the way my reservations were handled, as well as the service I received at the lounge. Upon arrival, my family and I made a reservation for the Thursday cooking class, which was missed by your staff. We were informed that there was no availability for the class, and the next available class was on Saturday, which was the day we were scheduled to leave the resort. As a result, we were unable to attend the cooking class at all, despite having made a reservation in advance. This was extremely disappointing, as we had been looking forward to this experience and had made plans accordingly. On Friday afternoon, we made a reservation for dinner at the Merchant Kitchen, which was also missed by your staff at the dining reservation counter. Furthermore, after dinner, we went to the lounge for some drinks and music. We placed our order, but after waiting for almost 30 minutes, we checked with the staff and were told that the bar did not have our order. This was unacceptable, and it made us feel like our patronage was not valued. I believe that the mishandling of our reservations, as well as the poor service we received at the lounge, are unacceptable. I am saddened that our experience did not meet the high standards of customer service that I have come to expect from your brand. In light of this situation, I would appreciate it if you could take the necessary steps to ensure that such incidents do not happen again in the future.

Im staying in the hotel 6nights, we booked with booking.com when we arrived hotel staff are saying that we booked deluxe room, we said okay, when we went pool we ordered food and staff are coming and asking to pay immediately which is not good we are here for rest we are not gonna run away, we explained staff after that another staff is coming asking us pay we said will pay by card asking us to go lobby and pay, we were so disappointed why we are bot able to enjoy our pool day and maybe will order more, we said okay one staff come and he was good explaining everything that was another thing. Now again im in the main restaurant while im eating they are bringing the bill i hot so upset we are not gonna run away!!! Staff are not well trained, Sky lounge staff were so nice and friendly, but in general service is not 5 star hotel I would give very bad service and not caring about in guest at all!! I would never recommend this hotel.

1. I must say the property is very beautiful and surrounded with mountains and greens. 2. Quiet and romantic place for get away. 3. Distance to Patong Town is approximately 10-15mins drive. 4. Service is beyond expectation; especially the FOM. Mr. Jagdish very fast and efficient in taking immediate action on guest feedback. 5. Hotel shuttle service need to be more regular for drop-off & pick-up at the Patong Town. 6. Housekeeping should provide more detail checking on room cleaning and filling up the room amenities. 7. Breakfast food variety is very good. 8. Housekeeping should provide turn-down service. 9. Bugger guys was very fast & efficient in fulfilling guest needs. 10. Definitely will recommend my friends to this property. 11. Majority staffs very helpful & courteous.

I wrote several e-mails before arrival, asking how to get from the Airport to the Hostel. It was said by a Bus to Patong and from there there is a costfree Shuttle to the Hostel until 6 p.m. After that time I had to take a Taxi to the Hostel which costs around 400-500 THB! I told them that I would arrive around 8/8.30 p.m. On the next day I saw on the Paper at the Reception, that there IS still a costfree Shuttle after 6 p.m., but only once an hour and you have to tell before. So I had to pay that much money without real reason. This was not customer-friendly. The room was clean, they would have cleaned it if you ask for it. The Beaches are nice (the weather wasn`t so it was not a big problem for me not to spend time there) but crowded with people from outside which pay Entrance (and get a free Shuttle to Patong) as well as there are different Moon Partys where they make a lot of Money with. On every site in the web there is shown a Restaurant. A reason to book the Hostel outside of Patong-Party-City was this point to have the Restaurant and Bar at night. But it`s closed from 6/7 p.m. and so you have to again to Patong City which takes about 12-15 Minutes. There is also no Room for Community, only at the extreme cold Reception. But you don`t want to sit, play games and talk to other people there next to the Reception Desk. The Atmosphere is not warm, you can`t come in Contact with other Backpackers. So there are many reasons because of which I booked this Hostel. If I would have known all coming this way, I also could have stayed in Patong-Party-City (which I explicit did not wanted to). Would not choose again.

The rooms in the hotel were kept in first class order by Green, El and the rest of the team. Bedding and towels are good quality and are changed at your request. Bottled water is replaced daily as part of the room clean and service. The 1 bedroom apartment has a full kitchen including cooktop, oven, microwave fridge, jug and toaster.

We stayed here for 9 nights and could easily have stayed much longer. Rooms are spacious with a small kitchenette. We are long term travellers so not eating out every night for us. We like doing our own catering from time to time. Everything was clean and working well. Towels ( pool and shower) replenished every day. As is tea, coffee and water. The views were lovely - sea with sunsets 🌅 It is fairly new. The 3 pools that we could access were fabulous. Sunbeds were of good quality. The gym is very good. We hired a motorbike so getting to places was not an issue. If you get taxis they will be expensive - use just grab app. We liked the location, very peaceful. You can access Merlin beach down a dirt track at the side of the hotel. Paradise beach is about 3kms further past the Marriott and is well worth the 100baht which includes a sunbed and soft drink. The local Family mart and 7 Eleven is closed down for now. All the Staff are extremely professional and friendly. 10 out of 10 from us. Fantastic place. Thank you Lets Phuket 🙏

The hotel is not very big but very new, beautiful and quiet, the rooms are quite large and the facilities are complete, the service staff is friendly, and there is an uncle who speaks Chinese very well. The only minor problem is that the traffic is a bit inconvenient. If you miss the hotel shuttle bus, it is still a bit hard to walk to Patong Main Street.

Quaint resort off the busy Patong beach area, and nice how it overlooks a hill and partly the beach. It's walking distance down the hill to the south tip of Patong, but we took cabs/Bolt rides to and fro Bangla road and other attractions on most days, so be prepared to factor in the cost and time of cab rides. The room was classy and big, and we liked the balcony area! Only downside was that there were mozzies due to small gaps in balcony doors and the floor/ceiling.

This was one of our best experiences, ambiance, staff, Betty from reception was extra friendly, professional. Cuisine was great howver the steak needs some looking at as the quality was dissappointing. All other than the steak experience was great. I will return.
