Hotéis perto de Boat Lagoon, Phuket

The first day checked in the hotel inform us they do upgrading room for us which is old apartment. Not as what we booked based on the picture. The apartment was super old and lots of m mosquito. We request to change the room and the receptionist name Frank telling us they are fully booked. My sister was trying to help talk to them and the way they said not so good. Sounds like a bit rude. After the complaint they let us change the room which is exactly what we booked from the picture online. The first room we had was also 5 mins walk to the gym and the pool and for breakfast as well! Pics 1 2 and 3 as from room which was a long way away and had lots of mosquitoes in it. The rest are from the room which we should have had from start! Over all once in the correct room it was a nice hotel and a nice place to stay. Just a shame about the first night and room. 

To begin with, the staff are great. They were very reaponsive. The owner also introduced himself when we can for breakfast. Plus, our good experience started even before we came - we asked for a late check-in due to our flight's late arrival and the management were very accommodating as they simply left everything ready upon our arrival and we checked in the next day. The breakfast is of just the right variety: really more than enough to choose from if you're not too picky. Last but not least, food and beverages voucher was a nice perk. We actually tried hard to spend its value as we also dined outside.

New hotel, fresh and stylish renovation, friendly staff, clean room, comfortable bed, good breakfast cafe. The hotel is located next to a big road, very noisy. You can stay for 1-2 nights, no more. This is more of a motel by the road, not really suitable for relaxation. There is poor water flow in the shower room; there is water on the floor all the time; you even had to walk through the water to the toilet, which is not entirely comfortable.

There is a private pool. delicious breakfast Good service staff recommend tourist attractions as well. Private villas, quiet, not loud, like very much. There are many beautiful photo corners in the villa. The more views on the hill, see the sea view. It's very good.

The place is remarkably beautiful, with large lagoon in the centre of resort. The staffs and owner are really nice and helpful. We got lost at the airport on our first day and we reached out to the reception to ask for transferring service. It took only 15 minutes for the driver to arrive. We had a really great time here and hopefully, we'll come back again very soon. 有美丽的地方，度假村中间有一个大游泳池。 服务员和业主都很善良。 我们到达的第一天，我们在机场迷路了路，并联系了人员以帮助取车来接我们， 只等了大概15分他们就来啦。在普吉岛玩的很开心。 希望很快回来，肯定也要回到着度假村住！

Clean and nice hotel, nice and friendly staff. ❤️ There is 7/11 in 5-7 minutes walk. If you rent a bike or car, you can get to any beach, but if not, the only way is to take taxis.
