以前、主人と来てとても気に入り、今回は息子と一緒に来ました！ コロナの大変な時期もこのホテルは乗り切り、私達の事を思えて下さっててとても感激しました。 前回もカクテルパーティーにご招待頂き、今回もチェックアウトの日にあったカクテルパーティーにも特別ご招待頂き、本当にスタッフの方とも素敵な時間を過ごす事が出来ました🍸 食事やアクティビティを含み、サービス全て完璧です✨ また是非リピートさせて頂きたいと思います😊

酒店很漂亮，趕海聖地，就是地理位置不太好 出門都很不方便 附近也沒有便利店衹能叫外賣，房間床上不知道噴的什麼有股味道

I recently had the opportunity to extend my stay at Thavorn Beach Village Resort and Spa Phuket due to a missed flight, and I must say it turned out to be a delightful experience. The hotel staff was extremely helpful in accommodating our last-minute request for an extra night, ensuring a seamless transition to a new room. Although our new room was located further up the hill, away from the beach, it was a luxurious haven. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities one would expect from a high-end resort. The panoramic views from the room were stunning, making up for the slight inconvenience of having to take a slow-moving roller coaster car to the lobby area. Speaking of the facilities, I can confidently say that they are nothing short of excellent. The resort boasts an array of amenities catering to various interests and preferences. Whether it was lounging by the pool, indulging in spa treatments, or taking part in the recreational activities offered, there was never a dull moment during our stay. One aspect that truly stood out during our extended stay was the exceptional service provided by the staff. They were warm, friendly, and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. From assisting us with our luggage during the room change to offering helpful suggestions for local attractions, their attentiveness and professionalism were commendable. Despite the unexpected change of plans, Thavorn Beach Village Resort and Spa Phuket remained a five-star experience. The comfort and luxury of the room, combined with the outstanding facilities and the hospitality of the staff, made it a memorable stay. I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and indulgent getaway.

Our family stayed for 6 nights in this hotel. In general the hotel has a good location which is not far from Patong. It has a small private beach. Staff are in general polite. It will be better if they speak better English. The rooms are clean and are OK. We like the cottage in the beach where we can step out into the beach in a few seconds. Food quality is average here.

Thavorn is like old friend. There is no something new, but good and old service. It was funny to observer that stuff writing your order on paper. I guess it suites for more for elder guests. Any room is good if has terrace.

The Highlight of the Thavorn Beach Hotel is the pool area. I never saw such a beautiful and big pool before. The room was ok, but far on top of a hill, not the best way for a baby stroller. Nevertheless a small cable car offered by the hotel was helpful. The location is not the best, since there is nothing around the property. You need to take shuttle bus/taxi to Kamala or Patong to find any restaurants or shops.

The start of our trip was very good, the hotel looked beautiful and its surroundings were in total keeping with nature. But mid way through our week, the area had a tremendous amount of rain. So much so, that it wiped away huge swathes of the beach and flooded a number of rooms, one of which were the friends we were travelling with. Unfortunately the hotel management then let themselves down. Initially they did not believe them that their room was flooded, so it needed pictures and videos to prove. Which they then went back to their room to take said pics and video. At that stage, they were then moved rooms, until there’s received a deep clean, which took the whole next day. However, this we could all put up with, because it was nature at its powerful best. What we couldn’t put up with, was the total lack of communication from the hotel management. The pool was then totally out of action for the rest of our week, because it was full of mud and silt, but still no communication. It was so frustrating, because the staff were lovely and so pleasant. Started as a lovely holiday, but ended with a real sour taste in our mouths.

The room was very big, with a beautiful terrace and it had a sea view. The hotel looks like a beautiful old garden - a lot of trees and flowers and sculptures. Great mini zoo - really enjoyed the time with animals, feeding them - most awaited time for kids. On the bad side: nothing to do in the hotel - you can’t really use beach, since there are a lot of corals, and I didn’t like the pool - it was cold and not clean, I didn’t enter into it. The food is very average, nothing to do in the evening also. Even they advertised one day there will be barbecue with live music, we came, but it was canceled due to some event with no prior notice to hotel guests. Good they have shuttle to Patong…

stayed at the garden view cottage, easy access to the beach and pool. Happy with the equipment rental such as paddle board or floats or balls that can be used at the pool. Breakfast is quite nice as a 4 star resort, coffee is good too. Down side is that the room is bit dated and only have queen size bed. They have a day bed too, better bring bedsheets if you have children with you. The resort is far from everything, but they have free shuttle bus to patong beach. The mini zoo really adds lots fun to the stay.
