Este é o meu hotel favorito em Phuket agora. Realmente aproveite o estofamento em pé e o caiaque. A equipe do hotel é bastante agradável. O café da manhã é com muitas variedades. Ansioso para voltar ao Pullman Panwa em um futuro próximo☺️

Nós realmente apreciamos a nossa estadia no Pullman Panwa. Ficamos na suite deluxe com vista mar e foi mesmo a nossa melhor escolha! A vista para o mar do quarto era ótima e não havia bloqueios, absolutamente adoro acordar com a vista todas as manhãs. O hotel foi muito atencioso em decorar a cama e providenciou o bolo de aniversário para o aniversário do meu marido. Além do quarto, o hotel tem acesso exclusivo à praia, ótimas instalações, muitas atividades e fica bem próximo ao centro histórico de Phuket (19 minutos de carro). Há aulas gratuitas, sessões de caiaque e caminhada marinha ao vivo (quando a maré está baixa) que nos mantiveram ocupados durante toda a estadia. Com certeza vou recomendar o Pullman Panwa e ficaremos lá novamente, estamos de volta a Phuket!

A localização é boa, junto ao mar, há actividades para fazer. Mas o quarto e o prédio são bastante antigos. E no dia que teve manutenção, pintando a cerca da sacada na frente da sala que todos foram para ser mulheres e um grupo tão adulto Os hóspedes não devem ser autorizados a permanecer na zona reparada. Ligue para informar o pessoal, não há gerência, considera-se que o serviço não é muito bom, dando uma avaliação negativa do serviço.

Really beautiful hotel: pools, activities: especially aqua aerobics, pools. Breakfast was amazing🩷 Very friendly stuff, but the cleanliness is not so much… the housekeeping lady never moped the floor in the room, just changed the towels and wiped the dust a little. The gym was great: a lot of equipment. The location is remote but there are really nice massage shops, restaurants, money exchange, laundry service are less than a minute away.

Nice hotel with good pool. First room was old and dirty however they sorted it out and moved us to a same grade but better room. I guess they have new and old rooms in the same grading? The first room was creepy, the reception lady brought us to the room and knock loudly on the door which freak me out. The room was next to the corner room facing carpark with dark corridor. I do know that it is an asian practice to knock on the hotel door before staying to drive the spirits away but the way she knocked it seems the spirits is there. My partner was shocked too as we are not into such things. However the first night I felt someone kept walking around the room while my partner was asleep. The aircon kept switching on and off during midnight. I managed to change to another room in another building on my second night which was so-so much better and comfortable. I enjoyed the rest of my days after changing room.
The staffs are quite friendly however the food was horrible. The bbq night , theres only fish and prawns as seafood option and they over cooked nor fresh. Breakfast isn’t good as well. Food is bad but their drinks are quite good.
Overall the hotel is good and relaxing. Value for money

Great location with spectacular views over the bay. Very good to see how this hotel is trimmed towards sustainability. No plastic bottles or straws - beach was clean and beach clean up initiative was promoted as well. Very nice hotel indeed!
