As I mentioned in my previous stay that it’s all great as per location and stay for this price. Remember must try the food as there are many Arabic restaurants and don’t forget to try burgers sell by a lady and beside her is the most reasonable and delicious crepe or banana/mango roti which is a typical of Thailand. In terms of Grace Patong I shall definitely recommend.

The room was comfortable however there is a problem with the shower. The water will change into different temperatures (hot and cold) hence you could be showering with cold water at the start and it changed into hot water after a few seconds which kind of burn my skin a few times. Contacted the receptionist and they said they will send someone to repair. Then at night, they mentioned it was done but the issue still persist. Didnt highlight the issue again as it was quite troublesome and we were tired

Location is perfect to walk to the famous bangla road. It’s located near Jungceylon Shopping centre and as well as Big C. Rooms are good for the price that you pay. Staff is friendly. Everything is great. Would return again :)

The staff at Grace Patong is nice and friendly. The location of the hotel is very good too, it’s just next to the fresh market and if u would like to stay at Patong area, Grace Patong is definitely a good choice as it’s slight further from bangla street which very noisy and crowded at night. However, the Thai boxing stadium is just opposite to the hotel, at night u can hear the commentators reporting about the match but the noise will stop after the match it’s over which it’s not too late, around 11pm ?! Then it will be back to quiet. I think this is not affecting much to me.
Besides, Grace Patong hotel do offer very attractive package if u would like to join trip to other islands, I hav compared 3 more shops at Patong area, the package that this hotel offered is still the best n cheapest, so ended up we just took the trip to phi phi island through their concierge, highly recommended !

Hotel is situated at such a great location. Its away far enough from the busy night life that it does not disrupt your sleep and yet still walking distance to them. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Had a very comfortable stay.

We were really pleased with our stay at the Grace Patong as it is a new built hotel, very clean and modern. The location of the hotel is great and close to everything; Bangla night market, Jungceylon shopping mall, 7/11 store, pharmacy, money exchange and spa massage. Grace patong hotel balcony window was broken, therefore we need to change room. We ordered deluxe room but they lied it is deluxe room about superior room. We viewed another 2 rooms, third room was bigger than first & second. We asked which room type about third room they said it is deluxe room. ha ha. SCAM! And bedsheet was dirty ugh 🤢

Pro : New built hotel! Walking distance to Jungceylon Mall, Bangla Road etc. Easily to get halal food at night (opposite Boxing Stadium), money changer and also motorbike to rent. Really recommended.
Con: Very hard to find the hotel because the location in Waze inaccurate. U need to search for Sira Grande Hotel for the location of the hotel.
