Pool and rooms are big - bed is pretty comfortable. There’s buggy service to bring you in and out of the hotel as it is a distance to the main road - but this means your rooms will be quiet away from the traffic and bar noise. However, do anticipate waiting time can go up it in during busy hours when returning to the hotel.
Stayed in the resort room concept - does look dated but the floors are clean. The rooms at the modern concept looks newer. Breakfast is ok but can do better if they are positioning as 5 star. Overall service is ok. Two things: 1) they need to have more staff at the breakfast buffet area on the weekdays (Sunday staffing was sufficient and not straining on the staff) and 2) they should indicate the pricing, if the hotel charges, of the items which are commonly free for guests to take away - in this case, such as the disposable laundry bag. It’s ok to charge them if the hotel wants to. The staff at the check out counter could have handled the situation better.

This hotel shows discriminate to Chinese people. The reception offers the worst room to Chinese，usually the tail room or the room at the corner. If you want to change the room you have to fight with the reception staff，which is annoying cause we are going vacation，not to fight around. The attitude of staff are wired，sometimes even rude. Hate that！Chinese people paid high price for the room and what we got is the worst room and rude service！Please avoid this racist hotel.

Overall the stay was good, the facilities at the swimming pool are fun to play with. There are quite some variety to choose at breakfast, only issue is the cook at the omelette counter was black faced and not welcoming.

We are so satisfied to stay in this hotel. Something is interesting We thought that we would stay in Metadee Concept, but we stay at Metadee Resort. But we don’t care, and both hotels are connected. We are so glad to stay at Metadee Resort. Everything is lovely. We will return again.

Convenient location, 5-10 mins walk to the beach and night market. Hotel is clean and well maintained and the staff arranged a birthday decoration when we checked in. Highly recommend.

Wow, absolutely stunning hotel, we stayed in a pool access room, tropical oasis, very clean, pools are fabulous, 1 family pool,which wraps around the modern part of the hotel. And a more serene pool, which is more tropical, goes to all the ground floor rooms. The rooms are very large, shower and freestanding bath, the beds are the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in, I can't fault any part of this hotel, would highly recommend, would definitely book here again .

Best hotel we have ever stayed at!! We extended our stay with another 2 days!! Amazing swimming pool, delicious extravagant breakfast! Beautiful new gym facilities and activities! Very spacious beautiful clean room with extremely comfortable bed and hot shower!! We had a room with a tub on the balcony which was lovely too! Close to the beach and restaurants. Highly recommended!! A must stay!
